   Food was average at best and not worth the exuberant pricing. Restaurant was empty aside from one table when we got there and they insisted on seating us directly next to them. It was obnoxious and unreasonable. Pretty place but not worth ever returning to.

   A real gem of a spot with superbly prepared Italian dishes in an iconic, elegant and intimate space. My companion and I started with the truffle custard appetizer (SFORMATO DI TARTUFO NERO) – each bite just exploded with earthy and rich flavor and the parmigiano crisps were perfect. Both primis were excellent, the lobster linguine (LINGUINE ALL-ARAGOSTA had just the right touch of acid from the tomatoes and had large sweet chunks of lobster. The fettucine with artichoke (FETTUCCINE CON CARCIOFI) was creamy and smoky and it was rich with pieces of frizzled guanciale. The pork tenderloin was just as good, and the monkfish (CODA DI ROSPO) was plump and flavorful and perfectly cooked. Then to top it off, we shared the olive oil cake (TORTA OLIO D’OLIVA) – a moist, rich final taste. There’s a nice selection cocktails and a strong wine list bridging many grapes, regions and price points. We started with a quite good glass of champagne and a sidecar, then shared a bottle of montepulciano d’abruzzo. We were also impressed by our server Sarah, who kept everything running. She answered all of our questions about the food and wine, as you’d expect, but also seemed to honestly enjoy helping us and the other diners, and had such a positive high energy that it enhanced our experience. The restaurant really hit high marks in every respect.

   Unlike many New York restaurants, the Leopard has beautiful interior design. Very attentive but not too hovering service. Delicious food. The noise level is acceptable. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for.

    Food was terribly bland, very pricey, our order was incorrect, and my fish was tough—had to send it back which I hate to do. Service was underwhelming. Table was by the door and cold and loud.

    Hi, I made my reservation on March 23, 2023 for brunch. I was excited to celebrate Mothers Day at this restaurant. I looked over the menu very carefully because it is important to me. I was excited with the brunch menu it had eggs Benedict and a hamburger. I knew my children would like that and I was comfortable with the prices. Sometime after I made my reservation a Mothers Day brunch was added to the website. I noticed it the week before Mother’s Day but the normal brunch menu was still up so it didn’t occur to me that it would not be available . Furthermore, if I did realize that the brunch menu was not available it would be to late to make a new reservation at a restaurant I would be interested in. The Mother’s Day brunch menu is similar to the a la carte menu and not what I wanted for my family. It was expensive and the food was mediocre. I almost burst into tears because I knew my husband would be upset my the prices and that my kids would not want anything on this menu. We made the best of it. Claire

    We went for an early Mother's Brunch and quality as usual, never disappointing. My son has been wanting to return for the grilled octopus since he tried it last time. This time he also tried different entree, and he said he would try something else next time. He's getting more adventurous with food, but seems with high quality food only, lol. The service has never been disappointing and I considered it money well spent.

    it was a delightfully lovely meal. The worst thing was that it was rather loud in the dining room, especially when we arrived. The best thing was our waiter was fantastic, watching him fillet the fish at the side of the table was a treat.

    Sadly the food was not very good. The pasta was undercooked and the lobster in the sauce was barely visible. I had the cod and the artichokes were over fried and the cod was too salty. The side of mushrooms was very good but still not worth another visit. There are so many great choices around Lincoln Center but this is not one of them.

    Service, ambiance, wine, cuisine were all superb. The Baked Cod with crispy artichokes and Taggiasca olives in light beurre blanc type sauce was truly the showstopper. A must go and definite repeat.

    Food was superb (I had the arugula salad and the pasta special, papparadelle with sausage and white wine & garlic sauce). Truly outstanding.
