    Beautiful location .. the lobster rolls were delicious .. the service was almost non existent .. we had to get up to pour our own (premium) wine .. there was zero atmosphere

    Food and service was good but the location is at the lobby and reception. If you enjoy having a meal whist people walk around you, shout to their significant others and kids run around, this is the place for you. It’s like having a meal in the middle of Sydney central train station.

    Lovely to celebrate my daughters engagement with her future Mother in law; where my husband and I had celebrated our wedding night many years ago. Food and drink menu offered a good variety and reasonably priced. Ambiance was lovely, with a e view, conducive to conversation and waiters were very attentive. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

    Delicious food - amazing location - fabulous staff - quiet and calm - a touch of luxury but still had a kids menu for my son to enjoy too - an excellent lunch or dinner spot to make your Sydney experience memorable for the right reasons if you can splurge a bit.

    Great venue right on Sydney Harbour. Food choice good at reasonable prices. Service on this day couldn't have been better. It really makes a difference to your experience. Sun was shining, plenty of people about, so was a great day to have a leisurely lunch & a drink. The Park Hyatt seldom disappoints.

    We adore coming to The Living Room at the Park Hyatt Sydney as it is a very relaxing atmosphere with great food and service. as we have been coming for many years, the staff know all our nuances and requirements and always live up to The Hyatt quality of service.

    I dined in the Living Room today with my family and wanted to provide feedback in the hopes the staff will do better in their customer service. The food was delicious but the whole experience was so disappointing I would never go again or recommend the place and ruined what was meant to be a nice lunch out. We waited 50 mins for our food and watched others who arrived after us receive their food. Only after we asked did they say they would check. At no point did anyone check in with us even though we were clearly waiting and we did not receive a satisfactory response or apology. To just tell us to focus on enjoying the meal was condescending and infuriating. We were told our docket didn’t reach the kitchen which is a pretty terrible excuse but again the fact no one even checked in or said anything is poor. When we went to pay no one apologised and we saw the people who served us walk away to leave another unrelated server to take care of our bill. Clearly they were ignoring or avoiding us. For a high end hotel, the complete lack of customer service was surprising and disappointing. Please pass the feedback on so customer service in the Living Room can improve.

    A beautiful hotel, dining room and view but very disappointing meal. The entree and main course arrived together and the main meals were lukewarm and very underwhelming. We will not visit again.

    I ordered the Wagyu burger 🍔 it was terrible… it looked like a cheese burger from McDonald’s.. No taste at all.. You will get better burgers at McDonald’s.. Fries 🍟 were cold so sent them back to the Cook.. don’t deserve to be called a chef if they can’t prepare a burger and send out cold fries to customers… Very disappointing..

    The Service was excellent, seamless transition from the bar to table. The location is exceptional, and the food was very good. Unfortunately I had a very bad reaction to the Gelong Pinot in the half karaf. This wine must have a high sulphide content as I was left with a dreadful headache (I had 2 x glasses).

    Was told they were fully booked when I went there (even though they had heaps of tables open). I went on Open Table and made a reso (for 15 mins later). Came back and they still said they were fully booked but I had a reso so they begrudgingly sat us (had about half the tables open throughout our stay). Service was not great, food took ages (at least 50 mins from seating for simple lunch items). At the very end of our visit they gave us a top up of champagne but no other time did they even ask us if we’d like other drinks or how our meal was. Our $6 ‘unlimited still water’ was only refilled once in over an hour. Food was ok, but couldn’t really enjoy it due to the way we were treated the whole time. We weren’t under dressed and our child was quiet and respectful the whole time so I’m not sure why they didn’t want us there but it was pretty insulting - and I don’t think we’d go back again (even though other times have been good there).

    Was seated on a two seat table for three people. My table was right in front of the cashier and cupboards, so it’s very distracting! Have no idea why they would put three people in a two seated table in that area. The prawns in the fabbrica spaghetti tasted very cheap and wasn’t fresh.

    Food with a view no doubt! We went for dinner, probably more suitable for a lunch. The food was great regardless, however the service was a little disappointing. Drinks/food took far too long to come out, particularly given the restaurant was near empty. This can however be overlooked with good company.

    The waiters were lovely but not overly attentive. We had to ask for water top ups. The overall quality of the high tea isn’t up to par compared to other options around Sydney which offer a more competitive price. The view was the only redeeming feature which is unfortunate as it’s such a nice location, yet the high tea was quite lacklustre.
