    While the food and service was very good, the atmosphere was not great. It felt very industrial- a huge room with no windows. It was quite suffocating.

    Went here for Mother's Day Brunch. It was set up in a ball room. We were sat and then hardly saw the server. The buffet was marginal at best. Fruit was empty. No bagels or toast of any kind. for the price, we were very underwhelmed. Not sure about their other dining experiences but for a holiday buffet, I would say it's a hard pass.

    We went here for the Mother’s Day brunch buffet. It was a pretty good spread including prime rib and made to order omelets. Overall the food was good and the experience was just what we expected 🌺

    This was our 1st time at the Concourse. What little we saw was beautiful. The Ballroom was wonderful. The flow and amount of people was somehow very well planned. It was never too loud. We could talk with each other comfortably. Very pleasant atmosphere. There were never any long lines waiting to get food. The service, from the moment we entered for the Mother's Day event, was phenomenal. We had great service at our table. No one hovered over or around us. They gave just the right amount of attention. Very kind and helpfull staff were always  available to help, cheerfully. Good job everyone. And the food-my three kids and I were all impressed, and very satisfied with the choices and quality of different foods. It was a delicious spread. I couldn't try everything. But, I filled up on all the things I love for breakfast - my favorite meal of the day. It was a fantastic experience all the way around. I would gladly come for this special Mother's Day Brunch again. Thank you, Concourse Hotel event greeters, servers, chefs, photo taker, and whoever I forgot, for giving me a Mother's Day I will never forget. 😊🌹

    The wait was extreme as it was very congested. Once we got in much of the food was gone and not readily replenished. Some of the food was gone and being towards the end of their serving day, was not at all replaced. It was evident that some of the food had been sitting out for some time. Definitely not worth the price!!!!

    The food and service were fantastic. A really remarkable brunch with excellent dishes. The major problem was the time to get people seated. We had a reservation for 1:00PM and got seated at 1:45. But it was very busy and considering the quality and variety of food - well worth the wait.

    It was our second year at the Concourse for Easter brunch and we highly recommend it. There are many fantastic food choices, and the service is superb!

    It was great. They were running 30 minutes behind on seatings when we arrived but it wasn't a big deal. Food was good and plentiful. Our service was excellent. Ambience was good with a lot of folks enjoying time with their families. This is our fifth time for this event and we will come back.
