As a museum café and restaurant combo, The Sun & The Moon aims to provide a space for patrons to discuss art and culture while partaking in delicious cuisine, One half of the venue, The Sun, acts as a daytime café, while the other half, The Moon, acts as an sylish restaurant in the evening. Artwork from well-known artists like Hiroshi Sugimoto and Jan Hegyu lines the walls of The Sun & The Moon. The Sun’s menu features affordable snacks and sandwiches. Occasionally, the menu will include items that relate to important exhibits taking place at the museum. The Moon leans more toward classic French cuisine and offers more substantial three-course meals to appease a healthy appetite. Excellent Service, English speaking staff. Very good food on an adventurous, but not silly menu. Some unusual, but good taste combinations and well paired wines. Perfect for our Wedding Anniversary. Went out of their way to acknowledge the occasion with a personalized message in chocolate on our plates. Very much appreciated!

クリスマスのランチコースを予約させていただきました。 5000円のコースにしましたが食事の量的には普通程度だと思います。本来結構食べる方ですが、タイミングを見て料理を提供してもらえるのと、色んな味が一皿辺りに盛り込まれているのとで、見た目以上に満腹感は感じられるかと思います。また、品目のなかに苦手な食材等がある方は予約時に伝えておくと可能な範囲で食材の変更等をしていただけるようです。私の場合、甲殻類が苦手であったためその旨を伝えたところ、甲殻類が入る部分に代わりに肉類を使用していただけました。こう言った融通の効く部分に関してはとてもありがたいですし、食事を楽しむ上でも大事なことだと思います。景色もよく、私がいった時間はまだ他のお客様が殆ど居なかったので、景色をバックに写真を撮っていただいたりと、大満足な内容でした。口コミの評価も高かったですが、それにみあったサービスを受けられると思います。

素晴らしい景色。かしこまりすぎない雰囲気。見た目で楽しめる美味しい料理。それに合うワインなどを提案してくださる気さくなスタッフさん。いくら良いお店でも、次はどこのお店で食べようかなと思ってしまうのですが、こちらは数少ない、また行きたいなと思うお店です。
