   We enjoyed a number of appetizers, including the bacon, crabcake, and the meatball. We all loved the chicken, Parmesan and pasta. Recommend wholeheartedly.

    Actually, as BEAUTIFUL as this place is…. The service was not great! It took a really long time for one entree to come out…. after the rest of us were finished & boxing up. There was no bread service to go with our bread plates. My son ordered an entree, and was told much later that the item was actually all out. And the meal I had in particular was way too salty. Just thought for the ambiance and cost, it would have been more “bang!”

    Our waiter didn’t say anything to us for about 20 minutes of us being seated. Once he initially spoke to us it took him an additional 20 minutes to come back to just bring us water. The menus he gave us was dirty and sticky. My water glass was dirty. The cocktails were decent and the food was decent at best. I asked for a medium steak and it was well done and dry. I will not be returning.

    I ordered the linguine and clams, and there were three dead clams that were not open in my pasta. I would expect the chef or the waitress to have picked them out. There was no salt and pepper ever brought to the table and the coffee was served with no cream or sugar. We come here all the time, and I love the food usually this visit was just a let down also there were 3 gnats flying around our heads during the whole meal

    It was delicious. My dad ordered the bolognese and it was amazing. My mom and I split the filet and lobster and it was very tasty. Great spot for a family get together! The food and service are always good.

    We love The Palm and we so sad when our favorite server Jimmy Logan left - we quite coming because of it for over s year - imagine our utter surprise and delight when we decided to go on Valentines Day for dinner and he was back !! So happy ❣️❣️

    Our waiter was fantastic but the wait at lunch for a mostly empty room was very slow. Class act- our deserts and coffees were comped on account of the slow speed. Even with the delay I intend to go back this week as I just like the place!

    I will never dine with The Palm ever again. This restaurant was full of white people that was very racist. My family and may be three other people were the only African Americans dining. It’s seems like all eyes was on the black people, as if why are they here. It east a very uncomfortable feeling and I will make sure I write a letter to the corporate office regarding the experience. I’m Really upset because I had my pre teen kids with me and they even felt the racist in the Palm. Never again!!!!

    I always have a wonderful experience at The Palm. The menu has changed a bit since the last time I was there (it’s been a while) but everything was still delicious and the service is still great.

    To start, the Hostess was rude and not at all customer service oriented. The steak had alot of fat. Our server (Benjamin) was friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. The redeeming part of the meal was the chocolate cake with fresh whip cream and the scoop of vanilla ice cream. The meal and the experience was not worth the price. I've been to much better steakhouses throughout the Nation. I won't be back!

    The overall experience at this restaurant was very favorable besides the extremely long leg time in between each course and the lack of attention from our waiter I would recommend this restaurant for a second and the third and fourth try maybe try going on a night that’s not as busy as New Year’s Eve the atmosphere was fantastic for date night

    Extremely slow service from being seated to the arrival of our food. The chicken milanese and chicken parmesan was very dry. We did not want to send the food back and reorder something else because it took so to receive any food! The bartender was great and was the reason we stayed and waited for our food. This was our first time at the Palm Buckhead and we were very disappointed in the wait to be seated and the food quality.

    Bread for table was ok. Shrimp Bruno appetizer- shrimp were good. Bruno sauce was horrible. Extremely sour mustard taste. Ribeye steak was good but not hot. Lobster was also not hot. Creamed spinach was ok. Shrimp risotto was extremely garlicky and not good. Chicken parmigiana was served with no pasta? Chocolate cake was ok. Pricey poor quality food. Service was good. Our one and only visit.

    The food was average, not the best steak I've had in Atlanta, and not worth the money spent. The drinks were good, I had the lemon drop and my fiance had the margarita. The service was average, but not bad. I would not visit The Palm again because there was nothing exceptional about the food or experience.

    Horrible and I mean horrible experience. Go to Palm annually for Xmas and this year they failed to where we are never going back. Tried to talk to someone in charge and subsequently found out multiple GM have come and gone and the ones listed on the website are not accurate either. This was a faikure of leadership. Finally after 30 minutes some clown comes out of kitchen to talk to us at table. People were booing. This was Xmas dinner and people so angry. Bottom line- they were doing door dash orders on Xmas and other delivery services and the kitchen got overwhelmed- you go for nice dinner and it take 2 hours to get a salad. Stay away until they find real managers. Tradition over- after 10 years at the Palm on Xmas

    The food is always amazing. The service was terribly slow. Once our server came over, we placed drink and appetizer orders. We were an hour and a half in...and still had not received our entrees. Once the food came, it was warm, but not hot. The food was still very good.
