The food was not up to Palm standards. Wedge Salad topped with cold soggy “crispy fried onions” ordered steak as rare as they would make it bit came medium rare.

We were regulars at The Palm Downtown Los Angeles. It’s been a few years but the food here did not measure up to our expectations based on prior experience . It was good but not spectacular given the price. Our server as terrific which took the sting out of our disappointment.

We went for Thanksgiving and most of us had the Thanksgiving special. I have had this previously at two other locations and the food was much better. Most of our dishes were Lukewarm and the famed Palm bread basket was at best Anemic. All that aside, our server Kosta was amazing. best service I’ve had at this location. I know the restaurant was filled to capacity, but no excuse for lukewarm food and a bread basket that wasn’t adequate at all for the size of our party. Fortunately, my wife (who doesn’t eat Turkey) ordered off the menu and her food was spot on!

Food was fabulous. The quality was spectacular. However, the service was a huge let down. Had to wait while my food was getting cold for a steak knife to be delivered for my steak and lobster. Totally unacceptable to get a steak and have to wave down staff for a knife! There was no plate to put my lobster shell on, nor any assistance offered to detach it. I expect more from The Palm. My husband told the server he would have his double order of oysters as his meal and yet they were brought to him as an appetizer. There were at least 5 people working the front, and as they passed by none of them checked on us. We had to hunt our server down just to get another drink. Our 1/2 and 1/2 was delivered cold, however the replacement was delish. Substandard service overshadowed the delicious meal. Very disappointing.

Accommodated and seated us 20 minutes prior to our reservation time as we arrived earlier than expected. Most in our party had the Thanksgiving special and the turkey was delicious! Sides we also very good other than the stuffing being a bit too salty. Service was impeccable. First time eating at the Palm but we will definitely try again on our next visit to Caesar's Palace.

My husband and I have been to The Palm several times and it’s always excellent. This time it was underwhelming and the chicken parmigiana was chewy and basic. For the price, food should be made fresh. Maybe it was just a fluke, but it was disappointing.

In Las Vegas we ate at Cut by Wolfgang Puck and The Palm. One is a renowned steak restaurant, nationally known, with excellent service the other is Cut by Wolfgang Puck. The Palm restored our faith in steak. From the warm welcome to the crisp yet friendly service, and of course amazing food The Palm is a best bet in Las Vegas. Do not let its mall location turn you off, you are in for a great meal at The Palm, do go for celebrity chefs, they don’t know steak.

I have been enjoying the Palm restaurants for 30+years at many of their locations around the country, the food and service never disappoint. We had another great meal with friends last night at the Vegas Palm and enjoyed every bit. Every bit of the night, the food, the service, the super-attentive staff, the location were fantastic as always. That said, I have to also say I really miss the great breads that sometime around the covid lockdown got switched to rolls. The sliced raisin/nut bread and sourdough were always so good. Now, the rolls are still good and I'm sure are much better from a waste and cost standpoint, but I really miss the great sliced bread and breadsticks. For dessert I always looked forward to the fantastic carrot cake, now gone from the menu. The chocolate cake is really good, but I feel like I got cheated without the carrot cake. Anyway, thanks to the staff for another great meal, I hope my favorites make it back to the menu!

Our dining experience could not have been any better. Took our young kids (4 and 2) for an early ish reservation on a Saturday night and the staff went out of their way to make it a great night. Food was excellent, vibe was fun and service was exemplary.

Met another couple for dinner on Saturday; glad we made a reservation. Two couples in line ahead were both told the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. Even the bar was full. Popular much? The experience for us, however, was still superb. Both couples ordered salads and then split a 4-pound lobster each (steamed !). All was delicious, as we anticipated (we really know the high quality of this venue) High level of service, friendly staff, what more can you desire !

We had a lovely lunch yesterday at the Palm for my husband‘s birthday. We shared calamari, the GG salad, a filet, and Sea bass. We finished it off with a slice of cheesecake and tiramisu. Everything was outstanding!Such a Vegas classic in service is always so good.

From the 5 star service from Kelly at the bar to the 5 star service while dining on the patio, The Palm is one of the most delicious restaurants in Las Vegas. It was a perfect location close to the Coliseum for Adele's residency. The filet mignon, the hash browns and the pappardelle pasta were perfection. The servers are friendly, efficient and "on their game!" One of our favorite restaurants in the greater Vegas area. Also a fabulous happy hour Sunday through Friday!
