Very poor experience. We ordered and paid for Garlic bread (x2) and did not receive. I paid $44 for a medium 300gram eye fillet which was under size ( would not have been 200gram), over cooked and dry. I also asked for mushroom and pepper sauce and only got one sauce which had little taste (I don't know what it was). The bar staff need to be taught how to pour a beer - always excess head then tipped out and topped up (several times for each beer)- destroying the beer. The Plough Inn used to be a great pub - bit no more.

Fantastic service welcoming staff. Ploughed inn obviously planned for busy Mother’s Day bookings they were so organised and food was delicious a bonus also was all mums received a free glass of champagne which was lovely.

Reserved our table, with requested location at the venue, and they were able to provide us with the location requested. This was great, as we had small children, we were able to ensure that everyone was catered for. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was great. We ordered a mix of fish, steak, burgers and kids meals. All came out with no issues. The fish was fresh and the steak was cooked as ordered. We often go to The Plough for family events and catchups as it's close to the playground for the kids and the food never disappoints.

They were very busy and our order somehow didn’t get picked up by the kitchen from the food ordering app. We chased it up after an hour and they admitted there was an issue and it had been missed. There response was amazing. They sincerely apologised, gave us a round of drinks, had the food cooked and on the table for 2 families with 6 kids within 20 minutes, and gave us vouchers that covered the whole cost of the food. Mistakes happen but the customer service that followed was top class. Great location and good food to add. Highly recommend.

A special lunch with 10 of our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s uni graduation. Our request for where we wanted our table was exactly met and we are so grateful. It was a perfect lunch even if the bar upstairs was closed, this wasn’t really a problem as we could order drinks and food to be delivered to our table through the app

For the price I thought meals were very average. Ribs were dry, parmigiana was overdone and gluten friendly salad made coeliac at our table violently ill for hours. Table service was abysmal and waited 25 minutes for drinks. Others at table were happy with their meals so it's a hit and miss affair

Came to experience the seafood pop-up on the Easter weekend. Absolutely delicious prawns. Oysters good too but have a suggestion to simplify the presentation. Just sell natural oysters and let people have a choice of what sauce they want: eg the Korean or Italian etc. Give the sauce in a little container rather than swamping the lovely oysters with it. Better for the oyster lovers to be able to control how much sauce per oyster. Great atmosphere at the pub and very efficient staff. Happy Easter to all.

We were happy with our seating and the oysters were fantastic but we couldn't hear any live music on the verandah and the menu we were sent at the time of inviting us to book for Oysterfest was out of date so we couldn't order what we wanted. Very dissappointing

Understanding it was good friday but the staff seamed un informed of protocol for the day. We had to order our food to get drinks. So we purchased prawns at $28 for 8 and were then told after this that it didn't count as a meal so still couldn't purchase drinks. We then had to buy more meals which we did and were told it would be 1 1/2 hours which was fine as busy. Order our drinks unfortunately now no wine glasses!! We then went downstairs and a short time later tried to order drinks and were told me needed a receipt of food purchase, we were not given one!! We then had to continue to go back upstairs and get drinks. All in all a ball ache. But staff very pleasant. M
