Designed for adults 21+, this guided tasting experience invites guests to explore the pastry kitchen, meet the talented bakers and pastry chefs, and enjoy curated selections of sweet and savory bites thoughtfully paired with sparkling wines. Progress through the bakery as each stop offers a new taste and a behind-the-scenes look at the craft, including opportunities to hear from the chefs who bring Emma's Patisserie creations to life. Hosted within the refined setting of Aston's Room at The Equestrian Manor, this intimate experience offers a sensory journey through the heritage, artistry and timeless luxury of Louis XIII. Guests will savor a curated six-course menu presented by The Equestrian Manor culinary team, with each course complemented by thoughtfully selected wine pairings from Telmont, Louis Jadot, Château La Nerthe and Rieussec. As the culmination of the evening, each couple will receive an engraved 750 mL bottle of Rémy Martin Louis XIII Cognac to take home. This rare opportunity to experience the legendary spirit is offered at $5,000 per couple, plus a 2% OpenTable service fee and 8% gratuity. Seating is limited.
