    It was too noisy they had a live singer an it was so loud the server asked her to lower the volume then another customer walked up to her and asked her to turn it down, she was excellent but juts lower the volume we could t talk or hear each other

    It was the second year in a row going for the Kentucky Derby Watch party. Both years the atmosphere was really good but this year the food and Mint Julep’s were really disappointing. Last year the Mint Julep’s were made to order being poured out of the Woodford Reserve bottle and food was passed around. This year the drink was premixed and poured from a cheesy plastic container. This year they had a table set up with chicken wings, franks in blankets, some miscellaneous vegetables and cookies. This is the Ritz Carlton, it was definitely not worth the price.

    High tea at over $120pp was a total ripoff. I have captured the ENTIRETY of high tea for 4 people in this picture which cost $650. The only thing not pictured is the fourth tea pot. Quality and good was middling. Probably fun for people who have never had high tea anywhere else.

    Charged full price for a 18 mos old who didn't drink the tea or eat any of the food. As well as a 9 year old that barely touched it. I guess I expected it for the 9 year old but would have appreciated 1/2 piece or comp for the 18 mos old

    We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!

    Santa’s tea time at the ritz Carlton did not meet expectations. A very loud environment. Waited one hour to get food, which was mediocre at best. Understaffed and not worth the price. We went all over the hotel to figure out where to go. The male concierge agent was clueless and the downstairs restaurant hostess that he sent us to was flipping through pages in a paper packet in confusion, finally taking us to the lobby steps away from concierge where the event was to take place. We have been to other high teas at Ritz Carlton’s in other cities with great success. The Orlando based team seemed inexperienced, rough around the Edges and novice from the moment we entered the hotel. We will not repeat this experience

    The overall experience was good but overpriced by all means. They also tried to charge me for my 1 year old for tea. I had to pay for my 4 year old. No refills, no second round of sandwiches. Didn’t even ask what we preferred and just brought everything out. It was good for a one time experience for Mother’s Day, but I don’t see myself going back again.
