The Smith is a staple of ours. Almost always what we are in the mood for and fits the bill. Food was a little less than perfect this visit, but it was Thanksgiving time. Ambiance was fantastic as always.

We genuinely enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at The Smith. The staff was amazing and so accommodating...from the host, to the waiter to the manager. The food was outstanding. We might make it a new family tradition.

The experience was immaculate. Even for a busy day like Thanksgiving, the staff was so fast and accommodating. We were greeted with a glass of wine before we were seated! Highly recommend spending the holidays at The Smith!!

We had reservations for 4:15. The hostess if you could call her that was not cordial nor hospitable. 4:15 came and went and no table. Asked several hosts and they said they’d check into it. Appears our table had been given away. The hosts were very apologetic and comped us an appetizer. Everything else went smoothly and food was delicious. I would have given 5 stars except for the rude hostess who checked us in.

Horrible experience. Waited too long to be seated despite a reservation 3 months earlier. Food poor-average, cost $$$, overrated, poor service, rude manager, worst restaurant I ate at on our trip. Don’t go. Not worth it.

Had no expectations as have never ten a holiday meal in a restaurant! This was amazing. We arrived early for our reservation and was served a complimentary glass of wine while we waited. We were seated in a back room that was quieter. The servers were absolutely lovely. Cocktails delicious and the Thanksgiving meal was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the Host staff to servers, bussers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff! You are all wonderful!

Really enjoyed the visit to a traditional venue for a traditional Turkey dinner for thanksgiving. Service was a little slow , but what do you expect ! Food well cooked just could do with being a little hotter. Enjoyed the experience.

The overall experience was good. However, 8 o’clock reservation turned into 8:30 due to overbooking. Put a damper on the evening when you’re hungry. The restaurant added chips “on the house”. Good on them. The 2nd Ave location is MUCH better and should have been our first choice.

The server was overwhelmed it was very busy so it was understandable. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. The food and drinks were good but came out sporadically. We had a noon reservation for brunch which we were 5 minutes late for - but had to wait 25 minutes for a table. The hostess was defensive when confronted about the reservation.

Service was quick, and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. The restaurant was pretty loud, which I think is due to the size of the room and the fact it was a Friday night, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Would return!
