A beautiful 16th century inn nestled in the peacefully picturesque village of Warehorne. The Woolpack is opposite St Matthew’s church and surrounded by grazing Romney Marsh sheep. There’s a wonderfully welcoming bar, comforting food and five characterful guest rooms.

The Woolpack is a beautiful old pub opposite the church in Warehorne. It is not disabled friendly as it has lots of steps and different levels but that's part of the character of the pub. Service was good, the food was good but I felt it was overpriced for the standard of food. The pie of the day was definitely not homemade but something bought in and was definitely processed food. The prawn cocktail was apparently very good. I'm glad I have been as others had recommended it to us.

The steak special at the Woolpack Warehorne was ok but not great and doesn't come with any vegetables which are an extra £5. Check the service charge as it state 10% but was more than that.

I loved this place. Superb traditional pub in a quiet village. Friendly, chatty staff who gave an informal but professional service.Good menu choice, fairly priced and excellent quality. Wide range of wines, Inc local, and local spirits too. Also stayed overnight. If you're thinking you might want to, do it! Very happy to recommend.

Food was excellent as always however service was dire, which is unusual. We had to wait for our table to be cleared, things we ordered didn’t turn up until prompted again and again, one main dish was completely forgotten. At the end of the meal we then waited 30 mins for our table to be cleared. Very unusual as service is normally as good as the food so feeling very disappointed aa a frequent visitor.

It's a lovely restaurant and the setting is beautiful, even though it was raining so we couldn't enjoy eating outside it was still great inside. The service was friendly and the food was fantastic and for a very good price. Will definitely be returning!

We visited last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, on first impressions didn’t go very well, we stood at the bar whilst 4 team members all behind the bar, and it took over 5 mins for one of them to acknowledge us, We were then shown to our table, we ordered drinks and food. About 20 mins later (which was not a problem) when the food arrived. We sat in front of a very poorly installed window with daylight showing through all the gaps, as last night was cold and windy each time the front door was opened it stuck on the mid point causing realLympne cold drafts, I made 3 trips to go and close the door. The food was excellent although the Dauphinoise potato were poor and only a very small portion.
