Our party of 4 very much enjoyed our first dining experience at Three Saints Revival. The food was delicious and portion sizes were generous for tapas. The wine list was creatively curated to accompany the menu and was well priced. The waitstaff was not particularly engaging but the f&b service was timely and unobtrusive. We will definitely dine here again.

My husband and I were excited to check this place out after hearing good things. The decor did not disappoint, nor did the cocktails! The food was hit or miss. Some of our favorite dishes were the hummus, watermelon salad, pita and shrimp and chorizo. We did not enjoy the steak, carrots, lentil dish or olive cake. Overall due to the food our experience was ok. I might go back just for drinks with girlfriends as it is a nice place to sit and have a drink.

High quality fresh food and nice service. Loud and not the right choice for the romantic anniversary dinner we had planned. Could have been made better my being seated at one of their booths or hi tops instead of the long dozen fable banquet. We had notated it was our anniversary and inquired about more intimate seating, but not luck.

Food was pretty good, drinks above average but nothing to write home about. Cool hip young vibe but very loud in the restaurant. Everything was a shareable which was nice, but the plates they gave us to share made it difficult not to mix flavors.

I felt this restaurant was way over-hyped. The food was not worth the price (the pita bread was clearly not made in-house, $20 cheese board was underwhelming); we all felt we paid for the downtown location more than anything. The second we walked in the hostess said to us, "because you're late, we can only give you a high-top table by the bar" even though we called ahead of time to let them know we'd be 10min late, we were chastised by staff. The best part was the wine & cocktails. I would go for drinks only, maybe during happy hour.

Horrible service. Very slow. One of the girls in my party was vegetarian and so was relying on having the vegetarian sausage option in the brunch eggs plate, but they didn’t have it or some other vegetarian friendly alternative to offer. There wasn’t even an offer by the server to replace it with something else. The toast that was part of her order was also separated and took forever to get out after a few follow ups. Overall service was just very slow, and the staff were inattentive and seemingly unwilling to do anything. Food was just okay. I tried the shrimp and chorizo which was highly rated but it wasn’t anything special. Would not go back.

Came to celebrate husbands birthday. Food was mediocre, drinks watered down. Asked for them to not send everything at once, but somehow they sent everything at once. My crudo came with a bolognese pasta. Nobody explained any dishes we had. When we asked for them to slow down (we’re trying to enjoy ourselves), a runner replied “sorry, it’s tapas, they come out fast,” shrugged and walked away. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years.

I made reservations for my sisters birthday. I called the restaurant to confirm reservation time and left a message and no one called me back. The service was okay. The lamb meatballs were not good. Our favorite was the charcuterie and summer squash. It was more of a mediocre experience.

We were here for a 5 year anniversary date. Dinner reservation 6:30pm. Notes to restaurant indicated we were here for anniversary dinner. We were sat at a small 2 top table right by front door. High traffic and bit breezy with door opening with each exit or entry. A bit unfortunate that nothing was said or overall dining treatment didn’t indicate our anniversary occasion. Drinks were unique, tasty, and fun. Priced reasonably. Spice trade was excellent! Food was pretty good - overall a bit pricy based on quantity and quality of food. We ordered cheese as an appetizer - great came with bread + olives + onions + almonds. Next ordered flatbread + humus. Next were carrots which were great. Gazpacho was ok - lots of flavor and the a bit too much garlic and shallots for us to finish. Lamb meatball and steak dish were excellent. Finished with an espresso and apple/ice cream dessert. Overall food was good but pricey for portions. I was a bit disappointed with the seating location and overall guest experience on an anniversary dinner. I would come here again but match the occasion better with the anticipated experience.

lovely large & spacious seating area... which is why its surprising they seat couples in the most claustrophobic, cramped and uncomfortable seating arrangement I have ever experienced. Social Experiment is all I could think of as the rational to seating couples tables mere inches away from the neighboring table. So close that I heard more of the conversation of the couple next to me then my wife across the table. Food wasn't bad - but the seating was so horrendous, every one was anxious to quickly eat their meals so they could leave the most awkward seating arrangement in Denver.

This place should definitely be in your normal rotation if you love tapas restaurants. The menu was outstanding and we maybe tried a quarter of it. We are already planning our return. Also, the service was fantastic. The service industry is definitely still struggling due to the pandemic, so great service can be difficult to get. We were seated in the bartender's section (I cannot remember her name) and she never missed a beat. She was making drinks and serving bar guests but we never went a second without having what we needed/wanted. Honorable mention to the GM too. He was ever-present on the floor, helping everywhere if needed. It's been a long time since I have seen management present on the dining room floor ANYWHERE. This place is doing all the right things. You won't be disappointed.

Greta food and service but it’s like they penalize you for being a two top. All the tables for 4 or more have ample space and are separated from each other. We were sat in a row with a bunch of other two somes and were practically on top of each other. It was hard to even have a conversation because you were so close to the other diners.

Unfortunately not the experience we were hoping for on a date night. The table was great and we liked the decor of the restaurant. But the service was non existent and the food wasn’t great for the price. The servers had an attitude like they didn’t want to be there. Our server left for a break for about 20 minutes and no one bothered to check on us. To cap it off we both had stomach aches from the food. Sorry but this missed the mark for us.

Some cocktails are good and I like their wine list. their vibe was not bad. I wish the description of each dish was more detailed and mor helpful. We ordered 10-11 dishes included the cheese and meat plate. Some of them really good and we liked the cheese and meat plate but a bit small portion. NY steak was chewy and small. the servers are not that bad as some reviews below. I know what is tapas and I understand everything is getting more expensive and it is located in Downtown tho, overall, my impression was one of the fine places to try and a a little bit expensive.

A very mixed experience. Some outstanding dishes and some real awful ones. Service was ok until there was a question or issue. Highlights included the pork cheeks and patatas bravas. Lowlights included the overpriced and bad apple tart that was mostly crust with barely-there apples coated in an over cardamomed caramel and unremarkable cheeses with the charcuterie.

The food was something a child could have made. The tomato corn salad is not at all worth the price, the veggie wrap is good if you like warmed up slop inside of a pita bread and some soggy red bell peppers. There was also a ton of gross back wash type of stuff in our water carafe. Imagine someone eating something, taking a slip of water then spitting it into the carafe. That’s how bad it was…DO NOT EAT HERE.

Restaurant and server were excellent. Recommendations and vegetarian options were on point and the cocktails were great! My one complaint is that we got a half table (great for three people) that faced the kitchen doors. Feels sloppy for a nicer branded establishment to have poor table locations for guests who weren’t walk ins and had reservations

Clearly the people who left negative reviews about the service didn’t have the pleasure of dining with Dylan. He was attentive and provided fantastic service. The food was incredible as well. We went early and caught the end of happy hour - Dylan made sure we got a happy hour drink. The bass crudo and the shrimp & chorizo were highlights, but our whole meal was fantastic. While all of the drinks, food, and dessert were all delicious. The poor service and lack of ambience left a bad taste in my mouth. There is an area of the restaurant that certainly appears to have a better ambience than the other, and if you're one of the unlucky ones seated in this section, then all of beauty that you walked through to get there falls away. We were seated in what must be the worst booth in the house which directly faces the extremely busy kitchen door, and an open window where you get to watch the cooks work frantically to prepare food, and runners come/go to grab plates. If you try avoid this sight, you are confronted with a large bright servers station screen. When the two of us asked to be moved around 7:45p we were told that they were booked for the rest of the night and had to stay at this table. When we finished our meal an hour later and finally left the restaurant, almost EVERY table was empty and reset for the following night. Meanwhile we watched a table of three be seated in this undesired half of the restaurant, ask to be moved and were quickly relocated. There is an obvious discontent with walking through a beautiful dining area to be seated within the chaos. It was a very special occasion for my fiancé and I. We were excited to try this place to celebrate, but were sorely disappointed with the poor seating, the disrespect of our well communicated wishes, and the obvious discrepancies in how they treat some patrons over others. If you're looking for more than good food in your dining experience, I wouldn't chance the seating. It makes all of the difference on the experience of this restaurant.

Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, our server appeared rushed to us, maybe a bit dismissive or uninterested in us. When we asked if we could choose what order our dishes could be served, she said no, that it's up to the kitchen. She. SHOULD have said she'd leave a menu and check back with us, and we could order 1 or 2 dishes at a time, and when we're ready for the next dish, we could order more. But she didn't. We got all 6 small plates within 5 minutes or so. Some were hot; some were cold. Some were small; some were larger. It all added to the rushed feeling to eat before the hot food got cold and the cold food warmed up. The meal's highlight was the pork cheeks, which was perfectly prepared & delicious. Otherwise, it was not a great experience.

The Golden Beet Salad with Dill/Pistachio Pesto was divine Good Lamb Metals The salsa is more like a tomato paste w/sweet onions...different and good It was confusing to know where the front door was. There is a sign on the street side with "we are hiring" letters bigger than the name of the restaurant on that temporary sign. We waited for the bar tender to acknowledge that we were ready to get our check. Just 3 people at the bar, us and one other person. Would I go back? Maybe, but there are so many other restaurants to try too.
