   We had reservations for 8:30pm,but wasn't sat until closer to 9:00pm. We ordered drinks at the bar and they were not that great for 20.00 each. Our server Asia was amazing!

   Excellent Service !!! The food and drinks were very good as well. We ordered the Smokey Rum OLd Fashioned's, Tamarindo for drinks. We also got the Tomato Burrata salad, Bison Tartare which was fabulous as always with the Prawns which are our favorite item on this menu. For the main course we orderedd the platter and that was okay. Yuli was our server again this weekend and she is impeccable !

   The service and food are always excellent here. The menu and wine list have so many excellent choices that you could come many times and still not order the same item. Although we have our favorites. Everything on the starter menu is suburb. This is our favorite restaurant in Houston. Love, love, love it!!!!

   Very comfortable atmosphere with a number of unique menu offerings. The sweet corn empanadas were excellent, as were the filet mignon and potato three-ways. The bone-in beef rib was tasty but a little fatty for my taste. Some interesting suviche choices on the menu that I look forward to trying next time!

   The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. This was our first visit to Toro Toro and we have already made reservations to go back. The menu items we highly recommend are the bison tartare, grilled prawns and the bone in beef al carbon. We also had the angry sxcorpion and the corn cake dessert which were good but not great. The drinks we had were Smokey Rum Old Fashioned, Painkiller and the Tamarindo- they were all excellent as well.

    Went to Toro Toro on a Sunday night to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and I must say the experience was not worth the hundreds of dollars we spent there!!! We were rushed the entire time! The waiter on multiple occasions tried to have our food boxed up as we were still eating, tried to clear our glasses as they were still half full. I mentioned when checking in and when booking that we were celebrating a birthday yet we watched other days received a complimentary birthday dessert while my fiancé didn’t. Once we got home we noticed that the waiter didn’t even box all of our food, so we were skimped out of our leftovers . Wouldn’t recommend dining here if you want to be treated equally and enjoy your actual experience for the money spent. 0/10

    The four seasons was a great option to escape the day to day conference. The food was excellent. However, I think the service was very slow and servers were clearly overwhelmed from how crowded breakfast was. I will recommend toro toro to others based on how great the food was.

    The server was amazing and I felt she went above and beyond to make this special occasion memorable. The sweet corn empanadas and toro toro churrasco were very delicious. My favorite cocktail was the Tamarindo.

    I stated we were celebrating our anniversary when I made the reservation and then again with the hostess. They decided to seat us at a tiny table almost touching the 2 tables next to us. The hostess asked if the table was ok. I told her we would prefer another one of the open tables. Specifically one of the open 4 tops that was surrounded by other groups of 2 sitting at 4 tops. They told me they couldn’t seat in that waiter’s section yet. Then 2 minutes later sat groups of 2 at the 3 empty tables I asked for. Our waiter was decent but forgot to bring out 3 of the 8 total dishes we ordered. He wrote down our order so I’m not sure where the disconnect was. The first 2 dishes that never arrived were appetizers which is odd. Then for dessert, the table next to us (within arms distance) got a special anniversary dessert. We didn’t get that even though multiple people knew it was our anniversary. While eating our dessert the wait staff brought out one of our forgotten side dishes. Truffle fries, that didn’t exactly pair well with Carajillos, ice cream, and a crepe cake. Overall, the food and drinks we received was great, our server was great when he was around and taking our order. But missing 3 of 8 dishes ordered and written down, should be concerning. There’s certainly room for improvement all around.

    The noise level was more in keeping with a sports event and not a fine dining establishment. The noise level ruined the whole experience. Absolutely not worth the money we spent.

    Went there after the Ben Jackson magic show that was in the Four Seasons Hotel. BTW, it was an amazing magic show! Very attentive service. My fish was a tad overcooked. Overall, a nice meal.

    This was probably one of the more disappointing meals I have had in quite some time. We had several questions about the menu, and our server did not know the answer and, more than once, was actually wrong about what a sauce or accompaniment on a dish was. The atmosphere was nice as you would expect at Four Seasons, and the dishes themselves were very good, but it is hard to get past the service. I have high expectations for anything Four Seasons as I think their highly rated hotels and restaurants are well-deserved. But tonight, it missed the mark. Maybe to the point of not going back. There are too many great places in Houston to dine.

    Asked for a booth and was sat at the most un-enchanting table even though booths were available at my time of arrival. Was fine with table we received but the food was subpar and the drinks were actually terrible. Nothing but juice and mixes. 15$ smoothies if you will! The server was very pleasant and accommodating but very very slow and lacked a sense of urgency! I informed my server of my dietary restrictions prior to ordering and was still served an inedible dish. I had such high hopes for this establishment! Very disappointed

    Would have preferred a more romantic private seating. The food and service were great, the seating felt more like a very nice Cheesecake Factory. One seat in a booth the other one a chair, 3-4 feet on both sides from other diners.

    Loved it here! Went for my gf’s bday and every server we had told her happy birthday and was extremely nice to both of us. Food came out timely, drinks were amazing, food was 10/10. Highly recommend!

    The food was good, but you don’t go there for good, you go there for amazing. I’ve eaten at a few different Four Seasons properties and this was far and away the least memorable. Everything was decent but there are so many options nearby where the meal will be better at a lower price. Cocktails were excellent. Staff was friendly but sometimes a little too eager.

    Toro Toro- presents itself as a fine dining restaurant; however, there are no fine dining amenities or services. 1. no coat check, 2. no champagne upon arrival as stated in adds, no option to have bread service (complimentary or purchase). Steaks were not served hot, tea refills were severely delayed. Overall service was extremely poor and inattentive. As this location is in a hotel, I would say the service is what you would expect from a hotel. The service was far below that of a fine dining restaurant. I would not recommend, as you will pay fine dining prices for a below par experience.
