Love everything about this hotel and the dining experience at Tosca did not disappoint. Amazing views, service, food- awesome experience! If you have a chance to visit Hong Kong you must stay at the Ritz and done at the hotel.

Worst time in a upscale restaurant, very noisy from group from Buffet restaurant thats on second floor, because its open to view TOSCA. Very uncomfortable, will not come back.

We were ignored from almost the minute we arrived. The manager noticed and came to our table to place our order including our wine order.

Our appetizer was finished and the dirty plates sat in front of us for 40 minutes and even at this point we didn't have our wine. Our water glasses were empty as well. The staff seemed to be attending to other tables but not us.

At this point, we spoke to the manager and said that this has been a bad experience and we would like to pay for our appetizer and leave. He was very persistent to make us stay even though we said that we did not want to continue with this experience. He then offered to comp our whole meal, and we respectfully declined.

His response to that was that the food would go to waste and he couldn't believe we would be so wasteful when there are starving children in the world. We could not believe this type of service and attitude would be present at a Ritz Carlton property.

We will never go back as the restaurant and it's staff failed to meet our expectations for quality, service and attention to detail that are world-renowned at Ritz Carlton.
