It was average for us. We didn’t particularly like anything we ordered except for the burger and elote. We got there 30 minutes early for our reservation and sat at the bar having drinks while waiting. We kept getting a “your seat is almost ready”.. and 20 minutes past our reservation they finally sat us. Won’t be back. Things we ordered: Prime rib Elote Cheeseburger Loaded fries Crab tater tot thing Mac and cheese casserole Onion soup Oysters

Reservations were made, still waited 45 minutes!!!! Apologies can only go so far.. so how about a drink on the house? Then we end up sitting at the bar area which is extremely loud! If you wear hearing aids, beware! The Ducati theme is pretty amazing! Loved the chandeliers everywhere!! The halibut was wonderful but the filet was overly salty! Wow thankfully I didn’t order the filet.. at one bite I couldn’t have eaten the whole steak with that much salt!! Someone’s been watching too much Master Chef! Overall we give a good rating because it’s right up there in the same class with Terra in Dallas which we adore in a quieter setting..

Stunning building The team were very welcoming and the man that looked after us at the table was amazing The food is delicious - shared a steak, mac/cheese and cauliflower The decor is trendy - a massive car, fish tank and lots of great touches. Highly recommend

Food was very good but pricey for what you get. Oysters were very good, steak tartare was good, iceberg salad was good, NY strip was tasty but tough in areas (usually stick with filet and regretted not staying the course), sides were good. Cool atmosphere. Service started off great but then slowed as restaurant got busier.

First and last time dining at Town Hearth! Flew in from Vegas to celebrate my sister in-laws 30th Birthday and was highly disappointed. Frequent diners of other steakhouses around Dallas and this was by far the worst service we have ever received! From us having to remind our server of all the missing sides, to my sister in-laws food arriving 15mins after everyone else’s, and the steaks being overly salty. Then to top it off I mentioned in the reservation we are celebrating my SIL birthday, as well as letting the hostess know know but the server was clearly not interested in serving our table nor showing us the dessert menu or even asking if we wanted anything. For the value I would much rather take my business to Nick & Sam’s, Perry’s or Dee Lincoln who know how to treat their guests and give top notch service!

We have been to this restaurant many times. With groups that range anywhere from 8 to 4. I also did a larger party event here with 16 people. Unfortunately, I have to leave a mediocre to poor review because our waiter was extremely arrogant and condescending to my guests and I. We asked nothing special of him, we were rushed through the dinner ordering process and we did not reciprocate the waiter’s snobbish nature and bad manners. It’s very sad that a restaurant of this caliber would employ a waiter that obviously doesn’t enjoy his job. I hope Carlos will find a career that suits him well. Note to management , your staff is your face to your patrons. Despite your stellar ambiance , menu and wine list, a surly waiter will ruin your business . Next year, we will take our Friendsgiving party across the street to The Charles where Chas and his team are the rock stars of hospitality.

Wait staff was excellent. Everyone had a good attitude. It was one waiter per two tables or so. Side dishes excellent. The wagyu was great but definitely American, probably A2 A3 at best.

Our experience here was flawless. The arugula salad was ridiculously good, the rock shrimp pasta was loaded with shrimp and the voodoo sauce we had with a filet was insane. Plus those darn chandeliers! We will absolutely return!

Was in town on business and town hearth was recommended. We were treated like kings! Service was fantastic, food creative and delicious. My scallops were cooked to perfection and the corn may have taken the cake. The decor is fascinating even if not intuitive. Great place to dine and celebrate. I’ll be back

The food was amazing. We were sat a little late for our reservation and the music was deafening. Excessively loud to the point of needing to shout our orders to the server standing just a foot away. Best steak I’ve ever had, worst ambiance. It’s a shame they don’t choose less aggressive music or at least turn it down a little.

We loved the appetizer - beef carpaccio and the lobster was fabulous. Our server was just ok. Didn't love his demeanor - not what you would expect from this type of restaurant. Wanted more for our 25 year anniversary.

It is a financial decision, but if it’s within your budget, it is great - even in the price category that it’s in. Will not go back every week, but definitely will go back - without a doubt.

I hate leaving a negative review. I almost don’t want to, but I’m genuinely shocked that we were not allowed to dine for even two hours. Lights turned up, music shut off after 1.5 hours of dining. As a two top, spent over $700 and were even approached by the GM for wine service, knew we worked in fine dining, had mutual professional acquaintances. We showed up early to our 8 pm Sunday reso and seated right away. By 9:36 the music had been turned off. By 9:45 the lights turned on and it was obvious they didn’t care about finishing our last beverage that we ordered so we had to down it quickly and awkwardly leave. Yes, it was a slower evening and we were one of the last tables. We would have been done in about fifteen minutes, while the staff was still closing around us. We were excited to go to this restaurant, especially since TH has been referenced as a bar of quality. The food did not disappoint. Service was acceptable with a few minor details not worth mentioning, since we were ultimately treated as our business didn't matter. It’s a shame- after not being into TH in awhile and taking someone here for the first time… I was really disappointed that we were treated like an inconvenience. Sure… I can understand trying to move us along if we had stayed late and were camping, but a kind table touch to say they were closing would have been fine. However, this was extreme. I would be furious to hear that staff at either of our fine dining restaurants we work at did this to guests, under a two hour dining cycle, and especially ones that had a PPA of over $300 before tip. Not sure what they are thinking, but judgment was poor. Fine dining is not an easy thing to execute well, and when treated so callously, I could not think to recommend this place. I will be using this example of WHAT NOT TO DO in team meetings for my staff and honestly, if this happened where either of us work, someone would be hearing about it if not asked to find new employment.
