Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida , la hostess no sabia de la reserva, nos preguntaron el motivo dijimos cumpleaños para nada, nos dejaron solos no había ramen no hablabaron muy mal , era una celebracion para mi compañera de vida no se puede ser asi y trabajar en servicio y para completar No había Ramen y tuve que preguntar,nos fuimos muy tristes y confundidos llevába un pastel y ni les importo.

Overpriced for bad food. Definitely paying for the aesthetics and that only. The fish was poorly cut the drinks were at least strong but everything was disappointing

Not only the restaurant is closed and we have been seated in another one but the service was long and they only had 1 bottle of still water available for the entire meal. It is expensive and NOT good.

Extremely expensive for what the restaurant offers. The service was poor and we often had to walk up to a server for help. The reservation was easy but it books you for the wrong restaurant. I wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

I was really excited for this restaurant on the water for my birthday dinner, but I didn’t make a good choice. The water and sunset are not visible despite the location of the restaurant. We were the only diners most of the time so we had a choice of tables and they were all pretty uncomfortable. The low tables were too tight and low, especially since I was wearing a dress. And I am surprised I did not fall off a high top chair. The food was fine - very interesting combinations of flavors and yet still bland. I kept looking for salt and pepper and I usually don’t use either, especially at a Japanese restaurant. Drink selection wasn’t very impressive and they were unreasonably overpriced. Service was generally quite attentive, and the incense was really nice. I wish they had fans, though, we were dripping with sweat.

Wasn’t really a pleasant experience everything was over priced. I let them know that I was going to be traveling from California for my birthday. (Alone) They didn’t have any accommodations for me. Any happy birthday nothing. I wish I never went there.

Tseen was an okay experience. We booked there because we wanted to eat dinner in the birds nest area table. When booking they don’t mention anything about it costing you 350.00 US dollars to just sit at that table. So we chose not too. Our waiter was super nice and really good. The food was horrible. We got 2 sushi rolls first and then got 2 ribeye steaks with crab. One marg, and 2 Coronas. The food was horrible and definitely not worth the price. 565.00 US dollars was our dinner for 2 people. Again, the service was great but the food or experience was not.
