I was not sat the the room I reserved. I had to got to the host to check on our reservation after 10 minutes of waiting. When we were brought to the table it wasn’t ready yet so we stood there another 5 minutes until they set the table. The service was spotty. Our server would take our order and then disappear for awhile. One of my guests ordered 5 different whiskeys and they were out of everything he asked for. At the end of the meal, our server took my credit card. She was gone more than five minutes, I got nervous so I walked to the opposite side of the room running my check. There was a terminal on the same side of the room we were on, I don’t know why she couldn’t use that one. I brought a group here as a stop on my food/cocktail trends tour I was taking them on and I was a little disappointed with the experience that so many have raved about.

The Unbridled show and experience at Untitled was AMAZING. The performances themselves were mesmerizing, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Overall a great value for $75 to cover such a great show + food/drinks!

Music was phenomenal but there was a few things that was missed. First off, no one told us drinks would be extra. A cup of juice or lemonade was 6 dollars each and I was charged $13 for a cranberry juice. Also I was told there would be kid options but there wasn’t much for kids besides eggs, bacon and fruit. No real items for kids. Menu wasn’t the best but the entertainment made up for the mediocre meal. They got one over on us this time around but I know to just come for dinner next time.

Kept waiting for a table for 15 minutes, although we had booked and arrived early. Service was exceptionally slow and we were not given all the dishes we ordered. Eggs were clearly reheated and not freshly cooked. Way overpriced and sadly we were left feeling ripped off

Service was very slow. Had to wait a long time for items like a straw, refill of water. The portion size was not commiserate with the part number. How do you serve only one egg for a party of three, or barely a half cup serving of hash. Highly disappointed.

We had a very poor experience on Mother’s Day. The service staff was MIA for most of the meal. When they finally took our drink orders, they came back and gave our daughter the Matriarch. She’s 6.5 and she drank several sips of it because they told her they were sure it was the lemonade. She hated it and told me to sip it. The staff came back, we let them know, and they changed it out for a lemonade. Food service took 50 minutes for our first course and then another 30 for our mains. We had to ask for the sides that were included. At the end of the meal, they charged us for 3 adults. There were two of us and our 6.5 year old daughter who was served alcohol. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for this to be corrected. It was a horrible experience and one we were not expecting in the least. If anything else, the staff needs to be very careful not to serve alcohol to minors. Not a thing was done by the staff to rectify or acknowledge the poor service, the very serious mistake of serving a minor, and the length of time to get anything taken care of. We were in such shock and did not want to further ruin Mother’s Day or address this in front of our daughter, so we left and made an attempt to salvage the day. This was such a disappointment.

The drinks were great, but the food was DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. Had to request silverware and napkins after our food was served. When I requested barbecue sauce, the waiter brought back some weird spicy sauce that was clearly not what I asked for. Service was ok, but it was hard getting our waiter's attention to the point that we had to flag down other staff for help. I would only recommend this location as a nice place to hang out and grab a drink.

The food was really good and the show was entertaining. The venue was fantastic. Seriously couldn’t imagine a better venue. Would be a great place just to go to the bar too. Only thing I’d say is the cocktails were extremely weak. I had 3 of the signature drinks ($16 each) and I didn’t even have a buzz on, when usually 3 drinks would be my limit.

This place is absolutely incredible! The staff were very nice and welcoming. The bar is out of this world and the cocktails are just as outstanding. The food is also the best I've had in Chicago. And don't even get me started on the Unbridled Show- those burlesque performers are the best in the country in my humble opinion. I had a blast and cannot recommend it enough!

Kitchen decided to close an hour earlier than scheduled, so what was supposed to be a birthday dinner turned into French fries and whatever else could be quickly thrown out. Server couldn't care less that we were there, never mentioned my friend's bday despite the fact that we put it in the reservation...and the host told us to find our own table, despite the fact that we had a reservation...it was just poor form all around. I'm not one to normally complain and I know after the pandemic restaurants are still having a hard time with staffing, etc...but this was a huge letdown and disappointment.

We went for the Thursday night performance. As soon as you walk in you see the space transform. The bars were beautiful, like nothing seen before. I recommend doing a whiskey flight. The food was excellent, the best was the rib-eye and the whipped potatoes. The apple pie cheesecake was thin not what we imagine when ordering cheesecake. The show was great it was a variety of acts. Will definitely return in the near future.

Immediately fell in love with the decor, ambiance, and venue. Our waitress Jasmine??? was simply stunning to work with, flexible, and pleasant to work with. The live music, was pretty awesome too… hidden gem with great cocktails, food, and so much more to give! Will definitely be going back.

The event was very nice. We enjoyed ourselves. The only issue I had was the bartender was not very knowledged. A simply Irish coffee was impossible? Its basically hot coffee Baileys topped w/ whipped cream. But I guess he did not think to Google it. And the lasagna was horrible. We will probably come back

It was a great ambiance even though we were seated at the bar. Fortunately there was no time limit unlike the tables on the main floor. We were close to the stage and pleased that an opening was available. The live entertainment was awesome. The food was good but left you wanting more.

It was an experience of a life time. The atmosphere was incredible, the staff was superb and the food was absolutely delicious (highly recommend the salmon) the live music experience is an absolute must! This was a night my boyfriend and I will never forget

Wonderful atmosphere low lighting tables with comfortable seats, the jazz was so nice. Meals higher priced but different and tastes very good..They were out of the caviar I wanted.
