Since 1989, Indian Well's place for cocktails, dinner, live music, and nightlife. Vicky's is a place where everyone knows your name. Owner Marc Laliberte likes to say, "It's not just the place. I was very disappointed with Vicky’s in Rancho Mirage. My wife and I were looking for somewhere to get a dinner after a long day driving around the valley, our hotel was only down the road from Vick’s and the menu looked okay. We had a reservation and on arrival we were place in a back section away from the band which at first I thought would be a good thing unfortunately we were in a section that was mainly ignored by staff and without any atmosphere. The family next to us were letting their child listen to their iPhone without headphone and not paying any attention to them or enforcing any level of reasonable behavior. We complained to the server but it was obvious that she didn’t care and would do anything about it. The food was okay but the atmosphere in there and the attitude will mean I will never return.

The bartenders they were great the drinks are amazing the bread was amazing food was OK service was horrible very understaffed although the band is great the one playing the same songs forever they play a dance song then right next they play a maybe James Taylor song or somethings they do not keep the party going and it was a Saturday night and everybody wanted to dance

Just had one of the greatest dinner evenings in recent memory. We sat in the lounge and watched john Stanley king and his colleague musicians including jerimia the classic violinist. Wow! Nothing better. Can’t wait to go back. Food and drinks perfect. Get in here!o

The fried calamari was nothing spectacular. When we asked the server about a wine suggestion he was clearly not knowledgeable and needed to ask someone else. I. The end the wine choice was more watery than full bodied. Steak and Lamb were excellently prepared. Lobster Ravioli were a bit overloaded with vegetables and cheese and took away from the main part of the dish. Skipped dessert.

Our first time to Vicky's was outstanding!! The Ahi stack was superb, fresh and light with an added layer of chopped Mango! Every bit as good as the ahi appetizers we had in Maui!! We shared a Caesar salad, delish and tangy and the main dinner of Chilean Sae bass was fabulous! We will be returning when they reopen in September!! Thank you Vicky's!!

Very good food just a bit pricy esp considering if you order a side that doesn’t come with many of the meals. Dining area is quiet and then you can go over to the bar or dance floor for the live music which is awesome! Service was great :)

The menu isn't extensive, but the food is very good. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Dine in the lounge area to enjoy music and dancing, or farther back in the restaurant for a quieter experience.

Food was good, but the service was beyond awful. For some reason, our server had a problem with us. I honestly don't know why, as we were happy and enjoying our vacation. It was our second time there, but our last. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money...somewhere where the customer is treated respectfully.

The salmon caprese on the Restaurant Week menu was FANTASTIC!! I would definitely come back for that. I did ask the server if it was on the regular menu and he said no. I was so sad to hear this as this was the best salmon "out" I've ever had! PLEASE put this on your regular menu :)

Food Was excellent, unfortunately we were sat at the entrance between the Bar and the East dining room, just to the right of the main doors. It was very warm. Between the Bar noise and the Band, the noise was funneled straight through the entire restaurant and with people yelling over the music it wasn’t great. We will return and try to be seated in a different area.

My companion and I went to Vicky’s and really enjoyed it. I just recently moved to SoCal and wanted to give it a try . Parking was easy, we were seated quickly for our reservation . The food from the appetizer to desert was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the music from the featured band was fun and had people out of their seats. The sound wasn’t too loud you couldn’t talk and it was a good time. Will definitely go back.

Very busy Friday night. Live music in the lounge. Service was busy but appropriately attentive. Food is not very creative. Ahi tower appetizer lacked flavor and have minimal wasabi sauce. Rack of lamb was served with mint jelly and no other sauce to enhance the flavor. Everything was served at the appropriate temperature. Wine list had some nice options. Definitely not a "fit for foodie",

Our wait-person Ann was a lot of fun and engaging. Liked her a lot. I had requested a nice table away from music in a no traffic area..really disappointed we sat alongside a wall as waiters and busboys walked in front of us all night. It was our Anniversary. Really disappointed after requesting a quiet low traffic table on two seperate occasions. Veal chop was excellent. No sand dabs available. Sand dabs was one of the reasons we came to Vicky's. Ordered the Scallops and they were a little dry and fair at best. We're going back to be a part of the bar and music scene. That looked great. Noise level is high.
