What a wonderful hidden gem! We booked here for Mother's Day brunch so that it would be quieter. We had never been to Villa Bistro before and were so very pleasantly surprised. The decor is modern and tasteful and the menu was absolutely delicious! Four of us had the shortrib breakfast hash, although we were quite tempted by the breakfast poutine. The meals were so delicious and fresh and very tastefully plated. The service was very pleasant. We will be coming back for sure to try the supper menu.

As per information given there would be parking on the top floor of the parkade to the east. Drove all the way up to top floor only to find no signage as to where to park. As to walking down the stairs it was foul smelling and with all sorts of debris to walk through. After getting to the restaurant I was told that there was parking on the main floor. I paid for parking at the meter rather than walk up the stairs. Mentioned to waitress that was most inconvenient for 4 70+ year olds to walk up as we are all having trouble walking up stairs. Other than that the food was great. The website should be changed to reflect where the parking is.

The lambchops and calamari was so tender and delicious!! Everyone loved their mains but my husband ordered med rare tenderloin and got med well thus the 4 star. They offered a redo but we were going to a movie after and pressed for time if we had to wait. Plus who wants to eat after everyone else is finished. Server was also a bit jittery. Not confident. Even gave us too much money back. Naturally we gave it back. But she was kind.

We took too old friends for lunch. Everything was pretty much perfect. The food was very nice, the chef made a change to one of the dishes at the request of one of us, that was done beautifully and treated as a routine change. We had lunch, so the menu was lighter and we will return for dinner because the quality of the food is very high. The waitress as fantastic: friendly, funny, energetic, appeared instantly when required but never interrupted unnecessarily. An example of what one would want in a waiter. We lingered for hours, having brilliant conversation and many laughs as we reconnected after decades apart. Good friends are always good friends.

A beautiful restaurant with incredible food. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer which was perfectly cooked, and the crème brûlée was delicious. Our meals were great and came out in great time. Overall great experience!

My partner and I had the NYE 3 course dinner and it was DELICIOUS! The portions were surprisingly big for a 3 course meal, but not overwhelmingly so. The menu was well curated and each course complimented the other. The food was cooked so perfectly and was overall absolutely delicious. We were both very happy we chose Villa Bistro to have our NYE dinner at.

I had the 6OZ tenderloin with bacon smashed potatoes + seasonal veggies. The steak, as always, was cooked perfectly. The only complaint I ever have with Villa is the dishes just don't seem to be quite finished, there is something missing. For this dish that something it needed was something like a slab of butter on the steak, some sea salt, a puree, a gravy, a delicious chimichurri, even something as simple as some sour cream for the potatoes.....something. But, that being said, it's still good value, still well cooked, an easy menu with options for everyone and their Sunday Date Night promo is awesome.

This is a wonderful restaurant. We’ve been to Villa Bistro a number of times and will definitely return. The food has always been excellent with good sized portions and the servers are very friendly and attentive. We’d recommend this restaurant to anyone planning a date night or an evening out with friends and family.

First visit. Totally impressed. Friendly staff and the food was excellent. All their pasta is made in house.
