We have experience with really good thin crust pizzas in NYC & NJ. Salmon pizza is definitely thin crust but was dry. Mushroom pasta is very good & al dente. West First salad is fresh & delicious. Staff is excellent. Very nice, happy ambience. Next time we will try another pizza.

Are they trying to be a casual restaurant or a fast food restaurant? The food service was extremely fast. Too fast for the ambience. I was not expecting to be in and out in under forty-five minutes.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends tonight, requested patio seating and they were able to accommodate. Anna was our server she was personable, quick, great at making a few dinner/food suggestions. I had the meatball with pasta-about 5-6 meatballs in red sauce with pasta-delicious! Friend had shrimp scampi it was Ok, shrimp were few and he would not order again. Another had the Hawaiian Pizza and ButterNut Squash-goat cheese pizza. Both said the pizza was delicious. Another friend ordered the Greek Chicken pizza, she said it was tasteless! Not very good, ordered a side of ranch dressing to put on it to add flavor. Several of us ordered salads, I ordered the W First Street Salad it’s terrific! My friends ordered regular side salads and said they were good. Anna suggested dessert, suggesting the Carrot cake, she said it was very good! The Carrot cake did not disappoint, big slice, rich cinnamon and carrot flavor with cream cheese frosting. Would of liked frosting to be a little thicker on the cake for us sweetaholics! West First Pizza has become one of my favorite restaurants downtown. Staff from the hostess to server have always been friendly and show appreciation for my business. Love it and highly recommend!

Excellent meal and service. I am gluten free and had the Margherita pizza on the gluten free crust. Making a pizza taste delicious on a gluten free is not an easy task but my pizza was delicious and what is even better is I had no reaction.

We arrived a little early for my reservation and were happily greeted. It was so pretty outside I asked the hostess if we could sit on the porch, the hostess was able to accommodate. Our server was Tammy, she was welcoming and attentive. We were hungry so we skipped the appetizers and order dinner, everything came out together and hot, very pleased! I had the delicious First Street Salad and Mussels in their light cream milky sauce, delicious! My friends had lasagna and manicotti, they said it was perfect and ate every bite. This is my second time having dinner at First Street Pizza and it’s now one of our favorite dining venues. I hope First Street Pizza will extend their hours during the summer till 9pm>. With it staying lighter outside till 8-8:30pm, we enjoy the outdoors and dining later in the evening. It appears First Street Pizza has good management as the kitchen runs efficiently, staff is personable, happy and accommodating. Good job First Street Pizza other local venues could learn from you.

West First Wood-Fired gets an A+ ! The service was great, the food and drink were phenomenal (best manicotti I've ever eaten... probably the best Italian dish I've eaten). We had carrot cake for dessert, and it was probably the best carrot cake I've had. Thank you for such a phenomenal dining experience!
