The steak is good, we ordered the w course menu, the portion for each dishes is big. We cannot finish all as we were toooooo full. We had a good night there to celebrate our anniversary:)
Good service overall - As with many HK restaurants, The will serve one person and the other waits for their food for some time. Plus the sides are delivered sporadically - The Fries arrived halfway through the meal after chasing. The attentiveness of the Servers was excellent though. Food quality and presentation was excellent. One of the better places to get a Steak that tastes like a Steak should in Hong Kong
the mushroom soup is bland. the beefsteak is slightly overcooked at medium rare. Prawn, fries and bacon are great. Expecting more at this price point. Service is great!

I notice that price has gone up. Bread was not as good as before. Gladly, the meat has maintained its standard.

Had a great dinner at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse! Definitely great value for your money, we had the Sirloin Steak which came on their signature sizzling plate. The steak was tender and juicy, even better paired with their in house-made Wolfgang’s Steak sauce. We also had their cottage fries which are really unique and very crunchy! The Gardenia Y Tonica cocktails are a must try!!
The service was as great as the food. The wait staff are very attentive and very hospitable. The reception staff greeted us with big smiles and a warm attitude as well.

Serving staff untrained. Lunch menu unclear, but waitress made it even more confusing. She was clueless and did not even know what balsamic vinegar was. The salad starter was not fresh. Prawns seemed pumped with water. White wine was not sufficiently cold, and served in red wine glasses. Steak knife provided for fish. The steak was very good; otherwise disastrous experience. Daylight robbery.
My petite fillet mignon was over cooked. Was with a client so did not want to waste time reminding your waitress. Everything else was good.
waitresses placed a wrong order for us, dont bother to complain as we were waiting for too long for our main course
Disappointing! Usually meat were cooked to perfection BUT yesterday sirloin steaks - 4 of them were all very over cooked & tough in texture when we ordered medium rare!
Explanation was the meat was air dried and new grill was used! Did not replace the steaks but instead offered free cocktails and coffee
We were being informed that due to some issues with their equipment, they could not serve sirloin and porterhouse few hours before my booking time only. Due to the time limitation, we have no choice but to keep the booking.
Then when we arrived and ordered, we just found out that they could even serve fries…
I’ve complained on whatsapp, they don’t even bother to reply me. I guess this is my worst experience with similar level of restaurant.
The food was okay though but the service quality ruined the whole experience.
The porterhouse is a must try.....eat it while it is still hot from the pan.

Slow initial service. The wrong starter dish was brought for my friend so we had to wait for replacement - which was then very small (one small fishcake, smaller than the dish of sauce served with it). My steak was cold, overcooked (at least well done and I ordered medium well) and very small (half the size of my friend's steak). I sent it back. Chips were served 10-15 mins after the steaks. The restaurant did not charge for my meal at all after I complained.
Taste, mood and service are all fine. I would like to bring my family too.
Steak quality is excellent . Mashed potatoes r creamy.

Poorly trained services and hot oil from the steak plate splashed onto our clothes and hand. Not a good experience at all and definitely not going back.
i was there with my gf for anniversary. stake is not bad, however, service is terrible. we get bread at the end of meal (they just totally forget about it until i was so unhappy and told their manager we have no bread at all), they even forget to settle our ordered drink (we have to order drinks again and finish appetizer without drink). seems they don’t have enough staff to do service. overall bad experience.
I've been in HK nearly 50 years and quite honestly Wolfgangs is one of the bestest!

Outstanding food, just wait for quite abit for the main, especially when ppl arrive after us got their steak earlier than us that quite irritates me, but the food is fabulous and servers are friendly

Food was acceptable, except the crab cake was a little burnt on one side and so was the mushrooms. I was disappointed with the limited choices of soup. Service was below average. It did not have enough server.
Food was amazing, but annoyingly poor and inconsistent service. Considering our bill was $7k, I thought it could have been way better.
Service has been crap since it's opening and have no changed since. I go there for the porterhouse only. Expect fast food restaurant level service.
Server forgot to bring a spoon when we ordered soup. Food tasted soso. Quite underwhelming.
What can I say, three out of four dishes came to the table lukewarm, the side dishes arrived after we had finished the main, and the wait staff seemed clueless which orders should go to which table. 11/10 would not come back!
It’s really nice vibe with delicious food. Staff are so nice and detail mind.

The steak was burnt until it was black and unedible on the outside, but it was red in the inside. This is a steakhouse but you do not know how to cook a steak. You should be ashamed.
Excellent seafood entree. Steak was very good but not quite as good as last time. Wine was good too. Service was fine. But the Itself restaurant is rather barn-like and lacks real character. A bit over-priced too. Still one of the best steaks in Central though!
Great food, NY style steakhouse in HK. Service friendly but very slow and inattentive unless called upon. Pretty pricey but the best steak I have had in bc HK in 5 years. Step up the service and it would be 5 stars.

Quality of the porterhouse was second to none. Hands down the best steakhouse in hk. Service was good but not exceptional. I asked for a wine recommendation but the person who served me wasn’t familiar so perhaps an opportunity to improve.
No sommelier on duty. Ordered a $1,500 wine and the staff had zero knowledge of wine. Stale bread. Creamed Spinach with no cream, simply a dish of smashed spinach seasoned with chicken powder.
it was just 'ok'. had better steak and fries at other places in HK. need to step it up some.
