Overall, food is good as expected. Lovely steak with very nice tiramisu. However, the presence of an ant crawling on our table kind of ruined a little of my impression towards the whole night..
The tables are at reasonable distance with privacy.
Polaroid photo free service was memorable on Valentine's Day.
The signature dish Porterhouse steak was meaty and juicy.

One of the best steaks I have ever eaten and the way it is served is unique (at least as far as I am aware). Service was very good, too, though there was almost nobody b/c of the weather, fears of the Wuhan virus, and Chinese NY. Most other food was unremarkable. My main recommendation is go w/ a group and enjoy a delicious steak and some sides. Wine choices by the glass okay, but like other items on the menu expensive.
We won’t be going back. Very disappointing in almost every way imaginable. Hong Kong has such high standards and, sad to say, this one does not make the grade. I don’t normally write reviews but in this instance felt I had to say something.
Quality of steak was average. Servers kept bringing us dishes we didn’t order.
Too loud, more like a pub. Customer services need to improve.
The price is reasonable for such good steak and environment.
We have tried the rib eye(rare), it is succulent and tender. For the side dish, we have ordered grilled asparagus, this is amazing!
The service is great, all staffs are cheerful with joyful smile. :)
2 Noisy women diners spoiled my lunch on Saturday. I wear hearing aids and even when I took them out these two were annoyingly loud. Food was OK. I’ve dined at Wolfgang’s before. This was not the best experience. I will try it again I am sure.

Sorry but it didn't live up to expectations and also the reputation it has in other countries. Food was not impressive - got a New York Sirloin and a Dried-Aged Beef Sandwich. The steak had no seasoning and the baguette used for the sandwich was rock hard. Couldn't chew it or rip it off. We took out the stuffing and left the bread.
Service - the staff were just chit chatting and also singing along with all the songs played in the background. There was only 1 other table occupied at the time at the opposite side of the restaurant. Not up to par with the image of Wolfgang.
The Dessert of the day was Creme Brûlée, unfortunately the consistency was too thick/gloopy and the caramelised top was too thick, so the shards were hard to chew.
For the price that we paid, we could have gone to a Michelin star restaurant.
But your french fries were great. That was my highlight.
Quality is not the same as in New York. Dishes aren’t prepared to the same standard and are not what I’ve come to expect from Wolfgang’s.
Good service, great food. In my view closet thing you get to a New York steak house in hk. Only issue is it’s not cheap but it’s hk so. But I really like the place.
Shared a porterhouse between 2 people, quality of the meat was outstanding and the cook (to medium rare) was perfect. Mash potatoes arrived unseasoned but that was quickly corrected. Found wine list to be considerably overpriced.
Came for brunch on a Sunday with group of four. Not busy at all and good place for a lazy casual Sunday. Ordered a-la-carte and the Poterhouse was great. Overall portions are generous. Look to go back again.
The waiter recommended a wine that was not suitable and a red wine should not be that cold. The steak was great but overpriced.

food took a bit long to serve, the entrée (steak) took over 40mins to serve from time of order, finished the soup and waited fair bit of time before the entrée finally came

Steak was delicious, however for the price you pay for this you would expect it. Unfortunately, the level of service isn’t up to standard for this sort of eatery. Overall, a decent meal but I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

If you are in Hong Kong and crave western food this place is great. The food was really good. it is extremely expensive just like every good restaurant in Hong Kong but they don't really understand service. so don't expect decent service because you are paying over $500.00 US for for people without wine. If you order a drink you may have to ask multiple times. A second drink is even tougher.
The porterhouse steak did not disappoint us...it was huge for 2 person portion and we were struggling to finish it even though it was good. Wine we ordered was good too and both myself and my wife had a good time.

Great food but customer service is not up to par. It is difficult to cook well done steak well, but they did a nice job. However, service was slower than expected.

I was excited to try with an open heart, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I come from a hotel management education background and I only give fair opinions accordingly to its branding (one of the best steakhouses worldwide). In many mid to high-class steakhouse globally, offering a selection of sea salt and freshly ground pepper is just standard, not table salt. Lobster bisque has a good portion that we could share but it's a bit tasteless. Food presentation is very poor, like no heart at all, the waiter didn't even ask for what sauce we wanted but offered whatever, on a side note, they don't offer bearnaise sauce which considered as quite common to offer. Meat quality is no doubt very good but bad presentation. Kitchen/ the server even confused with our steaks, middle rare and middle were cooked among the same level, we couldn't tell which was middle because both were slightly overcooked. Cottage fries was very bad (cold, hard & dry), we thought it's French fries with cottage cheese, ended up disappointed and when the waiter pick up the plate seeing the whole plant was not touched, he was careless to ask if we didn't enjoy it. Servers were polite and kind but not intensive enough to obverse what diners need, but that we had to always wave our hands high up to get attention. Paying for that price for a super average experience, I honestly would not recommend friends to visit, while there are lots of competitive options out there.
Excellent steaks - requested Pittsburgh style grilling. Done perfectly. Servers were great if not a little uncoordinated at times but all were smiling and sincere. Will return again.

The food is excellent quality. Best steaks I have had in a long time. The decor is very American style, which I like. The wine list is long and comprehensive, although expensive even by Hong Kong standards. I loved the bar. The bartender was great, but have to add that service otherwise was disappointing. As for the three ladies sitting at the reception desk, let's just say I've experienced friendlier welcomes from Russian armed border guards. Don't people know how to smile and say "hello" anymore?
My friend and I arrived 10 minutes earlier for our reservation but the table was already ready, which was excellent. The waiters were smart enough to detect when our dishes were finished before serving the next ones, which was outstanding. The Thanksgiving menu - both turkey and New York prime rib were wonderfully juicy, especially the latter. The appetizer salad with a little bit of popcorn-taste pecan just set it different from others, not to mention the lettuce was fresh and green both visually and in taste. The pecan pie dessert at the end was the grand finale of the whole meal. Everybody at the restaurant deserves a hefty bonus or raise in 2019 - keep up the good work guys!
Excellent dry aged sirloin steak. Vast wine list, some reasonably priced.
Goor steaks but super noisy. Can't really hear what my fiancee said and the music.
