Food is soso, but the prices are very high. $700 to $800 for a steak. And $300 to $400 for a pasta. However, the environment and deco is good.

The food is pricey. We ordered the carpaccio to start which was really good. Main was the wagyu tomahawk steak which was fantastic. 1.7kgs shared amongst four of us and we still couldn't polish it off.

Of course the quality of food is great, but you should manage to bring the steak as well as all the sides at the same time. This is something you seem to struggle with. Checking my bill at home you also overcharged me for a beer, no big deal. The bill for three tequila was enormous so this one you should reconsider, it is simple too expensive compared to other places. The restaurant was pretty empty so it seems like business is going down a bit. Anyway, we like your steak, it is good quality.

Wooloomooloo Prime is one of my favourite places to have lunch. The decor is wonderful and the view is breathtaking. As for the last time, the carrot soup was a bit bland.

I have marked the occasion is birthday when making reservations via opentable, but just realized we do not have any special “treatment” at the end of the dinner, when we saw the next table have candles and polaroid photo. As we have already finished our dinner and going to leave, so we didn’t reflect it on the spot. We are satisfied with the dinner but just want to give this feedback to you guys for better handling in the future.

The seafood platter was so disappointed, most of the seafood was not fresh and without any taste, felt like they were kept in fridge for the past 3 months during lockdown. We thought it would be nice as it costed $1600 the most expensive item from the menu, however it was the worst item on the table. The other food like steak and salad were all ok.

Services were slow and not so pro active like before. No pepper and mustard offer to us like before and we have to ask for them. See service staffs walking around doing their work but just not giving customers the attention of services. Brunch menu selection wasn’t as attractive as before and hope the menu will be changed soon.
