Overall an good experience. Was greeted at the door. Our table hadn’t been prepared which wasn’t the biggest deal. Staff friendly. Drinks were great and food the same. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend.

Found a few of the dishes to be too sweet, too many sugary dressings. Portion sizes are good. Food was tasty. Tables are packed together. Food came out in an avalanche but we had to ask for our drinks a few times before they arrived. But they gave us complimentary glasses of cava and our waiter was a delight. A pleasant evening was had overall

Took my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food came very fast compared to other high end restaurants. We waited no longer than 10-12 minutes after ordering for the food to arrive. The scenery was lovely too, I recommend getting a table downstairs for a more intimate dinner.

Zuaya is… fine. Occasionally a bit weird (the ceviche with wild berries, apparently not fruity enough, comes in an unadvertised mango/passion fruit soup), but on the whole there’s little to hate. As I overheard one diner suggest rather brightly, “Most people would probably say this was, er, OK.” My greatest complaint is that it’s just not very, you know, good. It’s either over-ambitious (see above) or very flat. The cooking is generally accurate but chronically under-seasoned. Grilled meat needs salt to taste nice. Many of the dishes would benefit from a fistful of chilli. The overriding impression is that Zuaya is scared of offending anybody’s palate. Unless it’s a bit more daring, it will never be better than OK. I’d prefer to spend my money on something better.

This is a beautiful restaurant well located just off High Street Kensington. Dinner consists of a spectacular assortment of tasty small bites. Each one was beautifully presented but on the small side for the price. For a special night out I think it is well worth it.

Extremely satisfied; beautiful food, great service, and brilliant atmosphere. The road noises are quite loud when you’re outside, but nothing the restaurant can do about that. Would, and probably will, go back again!

The food here is absolutely delicious and we would happily reorder all the same dishes again. One of the waiters was a bit "unexpected" and untraditional but we found his attitude amusing - others might have found him unprofessional. Always a shame to have to cut a dinner short because the table is being turned, but staff helped us to be able to stay longer than the booking officially allowed and finish our drinks and conversations. I'll definitely go back but will plan a second destination to be able to finish my evening.

Incredible food, we absolutely loved it. We had the pork belly and burrata dishes to start, followed by the grilled prawns and sirloin. We had a lovely focaccia bread to dip into the sauce from the prawns and the Mendoza to wash it down was perfect. We have found the quality of service in many places recently to be quite average, but these guys were great

I booked a table for my birthday dinner with friends, The venue is so pretty and staff really welcoming. The food came quick and was really nice. I like spices and it could have been seasoned for my liking a biit more but the food was not bland. Their garlic shrimps is something to order! Good value for the food we got. Thanks for letting me have a great birthday dinner!

Very good service. We sat outdoors by the pedestrianized street off Kensington High Street. It was very pleasant. The food was quite good, and the wine list included reasonably priced, but good-quality selections.
