   Made reservations for 3:00 pm and they blamed the mgr and said they were closing down and kicking people out. We made this reservation for my daughters birthday and had to scramble to find another restaurant. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

   Our food was cold when they first bought it to us. They also gave us Martinis in regular glasses and they tasted awful. Waiter seemed confused on his duties. The experience was awful!!! We will never go back there.

   I got my flatbread wrong. Instead of comping or remaking my dish, I was offered to hand remove the items off my dish. Drinks were delicious but bar tender must have had a long day, wasn’t very friendly at all. Music volume was perfect and sky lounge saved the night for us.

   The food was really good. There was a saxophone player who took live requests. The service was a tad slow but the managers were checking in constantly. The food was super fresh as well. Of course a great place like that has higher prices but they are reasonable and well worth it. Great portion sizes. I went because of Valentine’s Day and I had a great experience. They were super friendly not only to me but to everyone in the restaurant. I want to go back for the regular menu.

   probably the worst dinner i ever had service was none existed was waiting over 20-30mins just to get to the table and same with just getting a server and when we finally got one she wasn't much help. Roof top bar was cool but thats about it

   Menu bland. Ordered a “Grain salad”. The menu said “Quinoa. Spinach. Tomatoes and feta” Came out as a huge playe of mixed greens (very few spinach) three grape tomatoes and light quinoa sprinkles and a dusting of feta Added chicken was overcooked.

    This restaurant is in a homeless town. Do not recommend at all. We walked in and immediately put the door. The place was empty as well.

    Took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was really cute and romantic, food was really awesome but the rooftop is 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ awesome and a must try

    The chairs were uncomfortable, the food was tasteless, the server was fantastic, but she was the only person working as her coworkers weren’t at all.

    My friends and I went for NYE. We had reservations,arrived on time i was not seated until 1.5 hours after arrival. Seated without menus, drinks without straws. Food took another hour and was AWEFUL! I can go on and on

    Made reservations got to establishment and they weren’t acknowledging reservations but would honor ours…waited 30 min for table …was givin table not what was asked for on reservation originally …waitress was clueless on menu and very all over the place ..non attentive …and just walking around aimlessly while blaming her co-workers for her doing all the work 😒…got food and didn’t get order right ..food tasted mediocre at best ..the cook obviously works off of a microwave in that kitchen…left tip for waitress so she can pay for hospitality and server classes. Will never step foot in that place again not want to even walk in front of it . Very very very bad experience ..waitress just kept apologizing but never did anything to rectify or prevent the issues .

    I was seated by hostess and had three different servers come by asking what we want to drink. Sat for over 30 mins without even water beings brought to us. We left and went to pappas steakhouse. Mediocre menu items.

    I reserved a table for 2 and no one ever responded either to my texts nor calls. Not only they have false advertisement, but when arrived, the menu had nothing from online service, and we found out the person taking care of reservations quit, so no one to respond to questions. Ruined my husband’s birthday, we only had that very nasty appetizer and left . The so call manager supposed to come talk to us never showed up. DI NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

    We ordered all of the appetizers, artichoke dip wasn’t my favorite but the sliders, crab cakes and Asian honey zing wings were amazing! The specialty cocktails were also delicious!

    We went in at 7:15 for dinner on a Friday night, and the place was completely empty except for one other table. Even with only one other table, after we were seated no one came over to us to even offer us something to drink. I saw a manager walking back and forth, but he never acknowledged us. After about 10 or 15 minutes, we just left. With service like that, no wonder the place was empty. I love the ultra-modern design and colors, which is why I chose this place, but it actually felt quite sterile, especially with the super bright lighting, so there wasn't much ambience and definitely no kind of vibe for what has the potential to be a hip place.

    They had changed the menu but didn't have what was listed on the menu, the food was cold, the waitress was not informed about what is available or what not, the restaurant had a bad stink it was hard to sit in, and service was bad overall with no attention to detail. Not gonna go again, waste of money.

    They tried to add an extra 20% to our bill because we made a reservation thru open table. This bill was presented after we already gave them a credit card and signed the bill.

    Overall I had a great experience! Note you can not book rooftop on open table. You have to call the restaurant for that.

    Very sad to see such poor service and quality at such a high end place right in the heart of Houston. The server didn't know what he was doing. They were trying a new menu and were out of some items on that menu. There was barely anything we wanted to order, but was too late to look for another restaurant.

    The restaurant was short staff which really negatively affected our experience. Food was cold when it came out. Drinks were made wrong initially but corrected when the bartender arrived. The start was very nice but the service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. They did comp out appetizers and offered a free drink to one of our guest who ordered a meal but it was never given to the kitchen. I wouldn’t go back to the restaurant but we did enjoy the rooftop.

    Zutro restaurant was a nice experience overall. The food was average, didn't feel worth the price in my opinion. The service was fair but our server didn't seem knowledgeable about what the kitchen had on hand and surprisingly even at 6PM they were out of items on the menu and out of martini glasses. Small details like that matter when you're paying $15 for a cocktail in my mind. The server didn't know what type of vegetables came with a dish, she was kind and attentive overall, but not overtly trained. The ambience was nice with good music and at that hour it wasn't busy. The front hosts were very welcoming when we arrived. It took longer than expected given how few patrons were in the restaurant to get drinks and dishes served to us. 20 min for a drink with a few tables seems excessively long. Visiting the rooftop for the skyline view (and a few photos) is a must while dining there.

    Took us way too long to get our drinks.. all we ordered was water. The waitress came back with 4 empty glasses even though we already all had glasses on our table. The food was flavorless and nothing was seasoned. Atmosphere was ok.

    I would not recommend this place to anyone. I made a reservation and after paying $30 to park I was told my reservation could not be found and the restaurant was closing for a party. Why didn’t anyone call before coming to the restaurant that the restaurant was closed for a party?

    Had a 6:15 reservation for dinner prior to an 8pm show at Minute Maid. Seated us at 6:20, then took almost 20 minutes after sitting for them to take drink order, then at least another 15 to bring 5 of them (the 6th didn’t show up until much later). Told them when drinks arrived we were ready to order, but server never came back, someone from our table had to go remind them. It was almost 7 by the time someone took our food order, which didn’t arrive until almost 7:30. We then had to basically eat at warp speed to try to get to stadium by 8. Thankfully the show was 30 minutes late starting. Food was OK but nothing special. Two of the six in our party were never brought water. Server was barely apologetic about the wait. Will not be returning. Definitely not a place to go if you are on a time schedule.

    They were out of menu and bar items. The food was just ok. We were expecting a lot more from the ratings. The service was not good either, it was almost like the automatic gratuity made the waitstaff very lazy.

    The reservation made for the rooftop was not honored. Because we really wanted to enjoy the night, we decided to stay and eat downstairs. We waited over an hour for our food. I have to say, because it was quite... I enjoyed my time, having some good conversations. I joked with my husband, if this was a bad date, it would have been worst because we were waiting for so long. Then, we noticed one couple who came after us, planned on leaving. It seemed they were also frustrated about the wait. Our server was really nice and friendly. So, what could have been a terrible experience, was tolerated.

    From the start, I was put at ease. Katrina Richardson did an amazing job at reaching out and staying in constant communication with me and the restaurant staff to make sure they took care of things. Great ambience and food made to order.
