Attention to detail can be seen in this beautiful 20,000 sq. ft., restaurant where sprawling timber meets natural stonewalls, accents of glass showcase fire-and-water features in this luxe lodge. While all levels feature the same menu, the main dining room has a more sophisticated ambiance and Rafters on the second floor has a more casual lodge appeal. Descend to the lower level to find the secret passage that takes you to the wine cave, and Thirty 3, a speakeasy-style bar and lounge. Dine al fresco on our outdoor terraces offering spectacular views of the Pyramid Mountains. Most importantly, we want you to feel at home where our hospitality is second to none.
We had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated and when we were brought to our table, it wasn't ready. The waitress filled water glasses and described specials but didn't ask to take a drink order. We didn't see her for another 10 minutes and the restaurant was only half full, if that. We ordered mussels for an appetizer and they were so small and many of the shells were empty. Clearly overcooked and not the best quality to begin with. The steaks and sea bass my wife ordered met expectations by the dining experience took 2 hours and service not up to par as well as the appetizer. Disappointing experience.
We had a few hiccups but Jade the manager made it all right! TY for that.....food was really good and the desserts even better!
The service was very very slow. The food was good, but we finished our cappuccino before our (gelato) dessert even came out.
I would highly recommend the octopus appetizer. It was perfectly cooked and with flavorful accompaniments. Our server was also very good. It didn’t disappoint
I went with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. Everybody had a great meal, we had two Kansas City steaks, one Cowboy steak and a fillet mignon . All were cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our appetizers and desserts as well. A very enjoyable evening.
As always, the food was amazing! Our server, however, was not the best...not very attentive or friendly, so that put a bit of a damper on our dinner. But this is one of our favorite restaurants and the food is always amazing, so we will keep coming back!!
Had a great seat in the middle of the first floor. Very attentive servers. Food is delicious but soooo pricey. It’s a once or twice a year special occasion place for our family.
Great food, atmosphere, and service. I will be back again!
As always... great food, atmosphere & service!
We have been going to Rails since you first opened and have never been disappointed!
Staff and food are always fantastic
I have eaten here before, the food and service is always top notch. This time we took the time to explore all 3 floors and where you can really appreciatethe atmosphere. It is a special experience.
Cocktails and appetizers were great. Our server was lacking, however we observed great service by other servers. Dinner prep was average. Fantastic menu options but the execution was lacking. Was not advised that charring of steak was optional (which would have helped). Filet mignon was overcooked. Loved the roasted garlic with the steak - very nice touch.
Even tho there was a minor glitch at the end of the meal, overall the restaurant is one of the nicest steak houses I've been in. You can tell the owners put there heart and soul into it from the top to bottom. It must be seen in person to appreciate it. The food was excellent, our server was a total gentleman spot on with his recommendations. The AGM was also a gentleman, he went above and beyond to take care of us and personally gave my wife and family a grand tour of the whole restaurant, unbelievable. My wife chose this restaurant for her birthday we live two hours away on Long Island and it could not have been better definitely worth the trip. We will be back.
Great service, great food, great night
Do you ever use Open Table to and arrive at the restaurant and wait another 5-10 minutes? Rails was able to immediately seat and start with a warm welcome. Overall great!
good food good service. lost $400 somehow ( not restaurants fault, but ruined my night) valet service great. get your car ready from an app.
Work party for the crew.... in class
Our waitress wasn’t the friendliest nor the most pleasant, but she did her job right.
It is my birthday and nothing was mentioned even after we told the hostess.
Service was as wonderful. Salads were good. The lighting, however cast odd shadows during the day and makes it difficult to see.
This was our first time to the restaurant. Very upscale and trendy interior. Food was incredible. Both the steaks and seafood were great. I will definitely return.
Food was good generally speaking with few exceptions:
-The octopus app did not have a lot of flavor, and the cowboy steak was a bit chewy.
-The filet and the cola steak were delicious so were the sides.
I would def go back and i def recommend it.
We sat in a booth and ordered the lobster bisque & crab salad. The crab salad was very good but the lobster bisque was luke warm and more like a broth. We ordered the tomahawk ribeye for 2 and a side of short rib and mushroom mac & cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly although a little grislier than expected. The side was cold and bland and had clearly been sitting under heat lamps. We also had tea and coffee with the apple crisp for dessert. The tea was served in a pot that was too hot to manage. I needed to use my napkin. The apple crisp was pretty good. We did not have any alcoholic drinks and the bill still came to $179 without tip. The place is well appointed but quite loud plus they're playing club music overhead. Not sure if we'd go back.
My girlfriend and I came here for a late Valentine’s Day dinner. It was our first time here and we will most certainly be back. The steaks were outstanding. I had the Kansas City steak cooked medium and lobster mashed potatoes while my girlfriend had the Cowboy Steak cooked well and grilled asparagus. Everything was cooked to our asking and well presented. If I could rate this restaurant more than 5 stars I would.
Birthday. Had a good time.
The place is great the service is good but the food wasnt all that. I ordered a short rib and it had a big piece of fat. Wasnt very tasty.
A great place !! Great food ! Excellent service !! Warm and cozy !! Highly Recommend!
Outstanding in every way. Will definitively be going back. Highly recommend.
Went to Rails for my birthday. Everything was excellent. Only complaints were surrounding tables were screaming loud and a few of our servers seemed inexperienced
Food is amazing, love the tuna tartare, cocktails are amazing and love the ambiance!!
This place is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here since it opened, and have been a loyal patron since. I refer everyone I know to this restaurant, I bring all my friends and family here and I always have an experience nothing short of spectacular EVERY TIME! Highly recommended
The filet and the Maine lobster tail were incredible !!
We had the Tuesday night special, surf and turf, fixed price, we were disappointed in the choice of appetizers that came with it.
We always have loved the Tuesday night specials.
Everything was good from the service to the food. Service was very respectful and courteous.
Beautiful restaurant, great service, great food , so worth the price
Everything was just amazing! The food, drinks, service. I’ve never had a bad experience here
One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Fantastic experience. Love the speakeasy downstairs.
One of my favorite restaurants period
Amazing dinner as always!!! Lobster tails, mac & cheese, filet mignon, baked potato all very good. If something isn't perfect they make it perfect. Prickly pear margarita was delicious.
I asked for the porterhouse steak to be medium it came out medium rare I didn't send it back but I didn't enjoy it since was too red for me
