Great waitress. The food not so much. Not sure why the steak has to be cut up (steak and eggs), it obviously dries the steak out and it's left dry and mine wasn't hot. The wings were good but the rest of the food wasn't great.

Had an amazing time thanks to Tony! Although my crab cakes were sent out cold, they were still good. Tony tried to convince me many times to send them back but I didn’t want to cause any trouble. Tony’s service was great, and he saved the night for me.

Our server, Amanda, was lovely. The kitchen runner and the woman bussing the tables were very warm. Best authentic hospitality service I have had in a long time.

It was my first time there. The restaurant had issues with their A/C system and it was really hot and crowded in the restaurant. I felt bad for the staff but the wait staff were very apologetic and made sure to keep refilling our water glasses. The portion sizes are decent and the food was flavorful but there were items on the menu that were sold out that we wanted to try. We plan to come back when it’s less crowded, and during the fall, and not on a holiday weekend. That way, we can enjoy the scenery at a table by the window to view the harbor.

The service was absolutely terrible. We were seated and waited for almost 30 minutes before we were even address to just get some water and this was after my daughter had to ask the Host for a Waitress to serve us. The Waitress and some of the other staff was very rude and our Waitress had an attitude. They were not prepared for the Father’s Day crowd and it showed. The food took a while to come out and the Waitress got out wrong. Some of the food didn’t come out and at the end when I reviewed the bill they had to make some corrections. I told that I wasn’t going to argue about the bill and we would just pay it but she got angry anyway and sent the Manager over to the table. We will not be returning to RedStone American Grill and we don’t recommend this restaurant due to our negative experience.

Good was good. Very loud music couldn’t have a conversation with my family. The server did a good job. Unfortunately the kitchen failed. My families food came out at least 15 minutes before mine. By the time mine came they were done eating. Sad that the manager never came over to apologize.

Food was delicious - we had braised beef, filet, and southwest salad between the three of us - all were delicious. Our waitress was kind and attentive; but food took way too long - after 45 minutes, two items were served while our daughter waited another 10 min for her filet. This is the only reason I didn’t give the restaurant an overall of 5 stars.
