Ryan's Chef creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo lump crabmeat, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and oysters Rockefeller. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience.
The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications. Recently awarded the DiRoNa Award for Distinctive Fine Dining.

They were very flaky(the way you want your Spring Rolls to be). We had a bottle of the featured wine(Brutocao Cabernet Sauvignon bottled in Mendocino, CA). It paired well with the Tomato Pie having a similarity to that of Meomi which is one of our go to wines. The collard greens are absolutely the best I can find anywhere and I always order them. Having dined on a frequent basis and having been a supporter of Mozelles since it opened in 2008, the consistency of the food since it has opened is unparalleled in comparison with our dining haunts so all in all 5 stars. You cannot find a better dining establishment in the Triad--in fact we have met patrons from Greensboro and High Point. One word of advice--Make a reservation because 34 years of excellent food has found many patrons. About 8 bar stools are available for those more spur of the moment individuals.
