As always we had a wonderful time of food and family!
Ate there for a lunch with a friend, looked up the menu prior and viewed the lunch menu. When at the restaurant we were told there was no lunch menu , only the regular menu and some breakfast dishes. We were there on a Sunday at 1:15 No mention if this on the open table site and access to the menu from there. Very disappointed. Had delicious lunch choices at palm beach gardens in the past.

Waited 40 minutes for table and they tried to give us one that was for 4 people but reservation was for 6 people. Then waited long time for good and 3 of the meals were not hot. Service was good.
We have been going to this restaurant for a while, it used to be a long wait to get in and that turned us away. But when we did get in the food was always good. Service at times spotty,
We went there I think for the last time, we arrived at about 8 o’clock and where seated and greeted properly, the big fault I find is the wine selection has changed and more importantly the food. It tasted like someone was making these dishes for the first time, my food was over cooked my dates food was also nothing special.
I understand that they changed owners well I suggest that you change it back!
By the looks of the once full dining room ...its has been on a down hill slide.

Scott our waiter was wonderful. He was attentive and knowledgeable.
Food was good. The service and the atmosphere was very good. Overall i think it was overpriced. I would only go back if I was with someone that really wanted to go there.

It was an enjoyable evening with family in from out of town. Lovely atmosphere and very good service from our server Alex.
For the third time in a row my wife’s steak (she ordered the bistecs) was over cooked, then we had to wait first for the waiter to come around then it had to be redone. Disappointed, we come here very often but now we have to start questioning if we should continue to come!
The lunch menu was asked for but the bill reflected the dinner menu. The entree was without any sides. The tip calculation was inflated and started at 18% which is not customary.
I was disappointed in the price of the meal and believed the server should have charged the lunch price not the dinner price. I will never return.
I ordered the salmon and it was very salty. I was given another piece and it was fine.

First visit in many years. Decorated beautifully, food and service very good. We shared the chicken pesto flat bread and the Salmon salad. Salmon was excellent and the lemon vinaigrette was light and fresh perfectly complemented the salmon. The complementary sour dough bread is definitely excellent. Prices are good for what you get.
This was our first dining experience at BRIO, and we were very happy with it.
We had made reservations online and were able to get a table without any hassle for the time we wanted.
The building is clean and very nicely decorated. It was quiet and peaceful, and had an excellent ambiance.
The restaurant seating is nicely spaced, so you don't feel like you are crowded.
The menu was well-rounded with something for every taste.
Our server was superior. He really took care of our needs.
The food arrived quickly and was very well-presented. It was cooked to our specifications and tasted great.
We will definitely return to dine at BRIO!
I love the food but there were some miscues. Our waiter was hesitant to give his name because he was "afraid we would yell it." (Joe) Great way to start a dining experience.
Had the shrimp and lobster fettuccine. (Too salty). Adding salt to boiling water i understand, this was too much.
Once we paid the bill the waiter (Joe) never returned to check on water or more coffee for our table.
The food was super salty... impossible to eat. The service was good and her was really careful with us.
I was very disappointed with the services. I waited 30 minutes to received my first drink. It took almost one hour for us to receive our food. When we received the food it was cold. I will not recommend this location to anyone .
Consistently great food and service
Enjoy the restaurant but the acoustics are terrible! They need to install partial glass walls to cut down on the noise level. I don't like conversations where you need to keep repeating yourself but you can hear a conversation two tables away.
We have been there several times and always reliable good food. Our waiter this time was very good. Got a table away from the kitchen as requested.

I know this is a chain restaurant, but honestly I had one of the very best dishes I’ve ever had! It was the salmon. Fresca, and it was WONDERFUL! Also, I was dining with a friend that had just lost her husband and the waiter never rushed us and gave us space and time, and he was wonderful as well!
Great Friday night dinner
I was seated before my friend arrived. Unfortunately when she arrived the person at the hostess stand told my friend that there was no reservation in that name (my name, and yes there a reservation because the other hostess saw it and seated me). Luckily I was watching for my friend and saw that she went outside to sit and wait (in 88 degree weather). I quickly found my friend and brought her to my table. This was unfortunate and I understand that things happen. We were comped a cheesecake dessert and given hearty apologies.

I thought Brio was supposed to be a nice restaurant for dinner. For a moment I thought I was in a truck stop when I saw a guy just wearing a tank-top undershirt at the table nearby. Not very classy for a Saturday night! On the way out I asked at the host stand and was told that they do not have a dress code. So I guess anything goes!
Food is always great, the pasta just right and the bread is the best.
Yesterday us the Anderson family, table for 7 had a blast for Father's day dining! Overall everything went extremely wonderful for us all. Ambience, noise level, food, our server "Marcus" from the Spice Island - Grenada was absolutely terrific. He had us cracking up, while he kept it all professional and classy. The dads in our midst along with the rest of us we were so blessed by this our experience.
I would and will recommend this institution/restaurant to many others. We'll also re-visit. Ask for Marcus as your server when you call to make your reservation, or online/Open Table!!
Miss Hypolite greeted us at the door and had our table ready as we had made reservations ahead of time. Our waiter Marcus was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and funny. He made our dining experience even better. Overall, awesome time for Father’s Day.
Our reservation was scheduled for 6:30pm , we’re a “large” party apparently. Upon checking in on time, we were not given an estimate on how long it would be. I asked again 20 minutes later. No one gave me a time again. A hostess comes by about 10 minutes later and says “I don’t really know how long it’s going to be”. You’re a hostess and you can’t accommodate your reservation that was on time? I don’t know if it’s the lack of training or lack of caring but I was a hostess for 6 years. I knew a rough estimate on how long a table would be ready. I saw parties of 4/5 walk in and get sat immediately. Why didn’t you save that table for us and put two tables together? On top of that the bartender had a terrible attitude. She would not make eye contact with us and didn’t greet us. She went to other patrons already sitting at the bar and spoke with them. We flagged her down and got a feisty response Hi?! Can I help you? As a matter of fact you can serve us the drinks we want, since you and your partner don’t want to engage in conversation with each and see if we’ve been taken care of. The bartender said her partner was not helping her and she was doing all the work. Well it seemed like you ignored us to see if your partner would acknowledge us because you walked by us about 4 times and said nothing. We were finally sat at 7:40. One hour and ten minutes past our reservation!! I’ve been coming here for a while and never have I ever had to wait that long for a reservation. To end on a good note: The manager did give us free appetizers but that doesn’t fix the wait and the attitude we received. Maybe have your hostesses walk up and down the restaurant and see if someone is having dessert or finishing their entree. At least they can say someone is almost done.
Great food, great service once we were sat. We had a 6 pm reservation. We got there at 6:01 pm and despite many open tables we were not sat till 6:22 pm. Wasn’t sure why but other than that everything was really wonderful!
I love the ambience at BRIO. The waiter was extremely helpful and attentive. I asked for my chicken marsala to not be dry and it was perfect. However my friend ordered you a regular salad end it seemed to come with shredded carrots and hardly any lettuce. When she requested more, it was given. Their menu is a little limited and needs more choices.

Have dined here a few times & lately food is becoming very average in flavor. Way too many pasta dishes on menu. Need to include other types of entrees. Service was absolutely non existent except for taking our orders. Never asked how our dinner was or if wanted another drink. Finally saw him again when he brought the check
Not going back anytime soon
