BRIO Tuscan Grille - Southlake - Southlake Town Square
The table we were seated at was broken so they had to move us but other than that it was great
Everything was great especially the bellini’s
Ordered the Chicken Marsala. It was good but with hardly any mushroom?? Waiter had an attitude. Had to ask for lunch menus and then he didn’t bring enough for everyone at the table.
Brio is a chain restaurant , so I always start out expecting the minus in standards.
Getting three stars on any level will get me back again.
The food and service were excellent! The restaurant was not very full, so it was a bit quieter than usual, which made it easier to have a conversation. Overall it was a great meal and experience!
Good food and good service. We always enjoy it.
Always have been pleased with Brio . Never had a bad dinner or poor service.
Waiter was not friendly, generally not available, and seemed put out by our simple requests.
Nothing was done to recognize a birthday.
I am a repeat customer when I travel through Dallas
Great food, a little loud...
Our waiter Bob was so attentive and very friendly. When I go again I would definitely want to sit in his section.
By far the best lasagna I've had since I visited Italy!
Celebrating a business transaction
There was a surge of customers at the time that our meals came out. No ones fault, just busy hour
We had a birthday lunch. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was excellent.
Great place for dining with friends and family
Great food and pleasant atmosphere
The menu was so tempting, we asked for recommendations.
Our server’s recommendations and pairings were fantastic.
I had the salmon fresca ~ delicious!
Our service was wonderful.
The restaurant was very beautiful and cozy. The food was amazingly delicious and appetizing. Our waiter was very welcoming and helpful in making sure we got everything we asked for. I would love to come back there again
Salmon was cooked perfectly on a bed of delicious fresh vegetables.
Our usual experience had a major service hiccup
Food was excellent. Buy the waitress was not attentive and we had to chase down other servers to get basic needs and information requests met. The manager tried to step in and help. Good training opportunity... just not a great experience with us.
We will try This location again
Birthday celebration was good.
Server was good
I always get the pasta with vodka sauce. It is always so good but this time there was very little sauce. I asked the waiter for more and he said they had to make it. By the time I got it my pasta was on the cool side. Hubby got lasagna which he liked.
One of my favorite eateries...always great
The server that we had (Abriella) was phenomenal!!! We would travel back just to have her!
The Italian margarita was one of best drinks I ever had. The outside bar is a nice place to relax. The service was excellent.
We were in the back private room and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Awesome food! Love the ambiance and all the dishes tasted amazing! We especially like the chopped salad...it is delicious.
We were seated well after our reservation time. Our meals came very shortly after our salads and soups making us feel rushed to finish our soups and salads.
Had a good time ate good food!
Nothing special. Just like any other chain
Our meal was great! We had a new server named Abriana and She Was Awesome!!!
We eat at Brio about every 3 months when friends visit. Unfortunately each time it seems not quite as good as before, a very slow decline. The food is good but initially was outstanding. The same with service. I hate seeing this but on the last visit the daily special was mid-prepared for one guest, cocktails were also slightly off (missed garnish, fruit, etc), and my food was cool, not hot as it should have been. Drinks and food were brought by runners, not our waiter. But not surprising, while cordial, our waiter seemed to have a flat affect towards giving good service. His standards were not at the level we expected for Brio. We will give it another try but if it falls short again, we won’t go back
Usually better quality of food than this visit. Bread basket had stale focaccia, fettuccine was under cooked and bisque was too salty.
Enjoyed the Southlake July 4th celebration out on the patio at Brio’s. Our server was excellent and the food was great!
Wonderful place, our family favorite!
Really good food and great service. This was our fourth visit and we were not disappointed. Great place for lunch or dinner.
Food came out wrong. Salmon dry. Noodles tough. Poor service. Have been coming here periodically for a long time. An average night at best.

Brio has a very modern upbeat environment that is heavily complimented by their extensive menu and delightful wine list. We visit as often as we can.
