What Insiders Are Saying
25 Degrees is a solid, dimly-lit burger and beer kind of spot in River North. We approve.
The burger that I had was sooooo good! It was the one with pineapple. Loved getting a bottle of champagne for my mimosas. It was a little noisy but I'll def be going here again!
Possibly the best burger I’ve ever enjoyed.... and that’s saying a lot! The service is the icing on the cake... super friendly and attentive. If you’re in Chicago, you need to check this place out!
It was hot than a mf but the service was great, food was amazing and drinks were stiff!
It’s realky hot in there during a hit day. The AC must not work well.
The waiter was fantastic! Very attentive & always asked if we needed anything
25 degrees has been a staple for my friends and I for Sunday brunch. Hard to beat $12 bottles of champagne! Our waitress did a wonderful job being attentive and personable. Food came out in a timely matter, and was delicious to say the least. The only problem with this occasion was how hot it was. We were sitting in the back corner, opposite of the bathrooms, near the bar. The waitress told us that the big doors up front were open to accommodate the party in the front but there was so much heat coming from outside that the AC wasn’t felt at all. We were all sweating the entire time during our meal, constantly using towels to pat ourselves dry and wiping the leather seats dry due to our legs sweating. It eventually cooled down slightly but by that time we were getting ready to leave. Really a situation that probably couldn’t be avoided due to accommodation being made for the party up front but an unenjoyable experience nonetheless.
Delicious food, but priced very high. Make your own burgers are going to end up being so expensive. It was a hot night and they had their garage door windows open in the front of the restaurant, which is where we were sitting. It was too hot for that. Barely any breeze and definitely didn’t feel any air conditioning from inside the restaurant. Was on the noisy side, but not unexpected for this type of restaurant. Overall the food is delicious, but the atmosphere needs work in the summer.
We went for their $12 bottles of champagne- probably one of the cheapest brunch places in the city.
25 Degrees is fantastic—great customer service with great food. The music is just a tad too loud, though.
Burgers were delicious....only mishap was, we went on a night for the $5.00 whiskey special...we ask for it in the rocks but wasn't told we would be charged for the rocks (ice)...we bought at least 6 so imagine our surprise when the bill came....the waitress was nice about it but we would have just liked to be told upfront and if we had known, we would have just ordered shots...but other than that, we will definitely return!
Great burgers and atmosphere....first stop on our Chicago trip... highly recommend
Awesome brunch spot. Great music. Good prices. Champagne mimosa special you can’t beat.
Amazing brunch. Perfect date spot or meal with friends
best burger in Chicago! Best price and best to order burger. Always enjoy this burger and the way that I can make it exactly the way I want.
25 Degrees is our neighborhood go-to restaurant! Whenever we have out of town visitors we always bring them! Everyone always enjoys their burgers!
Food was amazing! Can’t beat $10 bottles of champagne. And Brenda was an amazing bartender/server!
Love that lil gem... food, drinks, ambience, vibe!!!
8.7 burger- VERY high score. Great ambience for friends, date, family. Do it.
Great food and a fun atmosphere for brunch!
Wraps were tasteless although full of good ingredients.
Our burgers were way over cooked, and they charged $2.00 extra for ice in my drink, which is ridiculous.
Our server Alfonso was wonderful!!!! Food and drinks were great!
Loud but it was the perfect environment for loud. All the food was delicious and well priced. Drinks were strong and interesting. Service was amazing. Loved it!!
Went here on a Sunday for brunch. The wait time for food was super short. The meal was absolutely delicious, I cleared my entire plate. And the $12 mimosas was a plus! I’ll definitely be returning soon!
Great brunch. Service was very good. Highly recommend
Amazing food, but took half an hour for them to seat us even though we had a recommendation- still worth it!
One of my favorite Chicago spots where I feel like a local. Feel in love with their velvet wallpaper, hip hop grooves and leather booths years ago when I couldn’t resist the lull of their infamous boozie shakes and OMG are they sinful. Took my girlfriends here for our last night and ordered the Salty Caramel and S’mores shakes for the table. What a blast. Didn’t want to leave without licking the glasses and listening to one more tune. Will always be back! Xoxo
Fun atmosphere. Great food! Terrific boozey shakes! The waitress was very attentive. Helpful with menu choices/explanation. Great music. Fun time was had by all and great food!
I loved this find. Great food, the service was quick and I'd definitely recommend it and visit again.
Excellent burgers and good service.
Wonderful place to try. Food was good service was great good music will be back for sure
Great brunch...$12 bottle of champagne and reasonable meal prices. Service was okay but food was great!
Food was delicious! Had the number 3, it was not too spicy and great flavor. What took away from the experience was as soon as we put a fork down the staff was pretty much climbing on top of us to clear the table. It was towards the end of the day but a few times the guy was reaching over us to get stuff of the table.
I love their adult shakes! The brussel sprouts and cauliflower are delicious too :)
Good food but they ignored the request for a high top table that I put in when I made the reservation.
This is a great restaurant, however, Open Table let me make a reservation on President's Day for a time that they were not open for yet. I had to stand outside for 20 min until they opened. This was disappointing.
The best burgers in Chicago. Love going here whenever I can!
25 degrees is my favorite brunch spot. You can't beat $12 bottles of champagne and the burgers are so delicious!
Great food, great music, great drinks!
The food and service is usually very good. Our burgers were not done to our liking and the server sent the wrong order and double charged us on our bill.
