                                                                                      I don’t mind pay ,but the quality of the meat was no good , meat was coal , I sent back ,a minute after they brought back , the old fashion was shake supposed to by stir , the only good think was the server . To be honest I don’t care for this place , also the lobster soup was horrible very watery , the only think was the shrimp . The plates were boiling that fine not a problem ,when I put my finger on the meat was coal ,what it means , probably the people in the kitchen knows. What really upset me a minute later the brought me my meat back , really a ribeye ,I did not finish my meal , I ended up making meat tacos at home , really expensive tacos . I forgot the name of the girl , she was very sweet and she know the business ,probably one day she move out to a different restaurant , managers should check the quality of the meat ,also pay attention to those things .

                                                                                      I was looking forward to my reservation at Ruth's Chris for Mother's Day I had a fantastic time I was greeted by someone very nice my table was perfect my food was out of this world little pricey but you got to go with Joe Biden has done to us service was really nice Erica was on point the manager walking around and checking on everyone and see how everything was and if everyone enjoying their meal and gave all the moms a rose that's a phenomenal Hospitality point I would definitely definitely go again thank you Ruth Chris

I even went so far as to explain that if it couldn’t be prepared that way the FIRST time, I’d be fine ordering something else. I was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. I then explained that nothing is more irritating than sending a meal back while others are sitting waiting for your meal to return. Steak was way under cooked and had to be returned. In their zeal to get it back quickly ( was still about 8 minutes), the plate and all its contents where charred pitch black. They obviously left every thing on the original plate and heated it with some form of super-heat. Tasted terrible. Anyway, we won’t be back.

The sides were delicious (Au Gratin potatoes and creamed spinach) My wife had a filet and I had the ribeye. We both had salads too. I thought $40 for two glasses of wine (just ok wine) was a little excessive. Steaks were ok but not how I remembered them to be. Overall just an average experience

                                                                                      The Host was amazing and made us feel very welcome, but our Waitress, Erica totally ignored us. We did nothing to irritate her but she never checked on us and if we needed something, we had to ask someone else within the wait staff or servers.We took a friend for his birthday dinner and it was embarrassing. We had purchased $750 of gift cards, and we told her we would like to use some of them for the meal. I feel that she must have thought she wouldn't receive her tip if we used gift cards? Not sure, but she spent a tremendous amount of time with a family of four seated next to us and we couldn't even get her to bring the guest check or take it after. We finally, after 15 minutes of waiting, got up and went to the hostess stand to pay for the meal. As owners of several family dining restaurants in Michigan, we do feel we have an understanding of to treat your customers. She wasn't rude, but intentionally neglectful. When a restaurant is selling gift cards, train the staff on how to apply them and don't make the customer feel like second class citizens.

                                                                                      Went to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic. Our only dislike was having to wait longer than our priorly reserved time.
