   Excellent steaks and the sweet potato casserole was very special. We were celebrating a few special things and we were given flaming strawberries. Everyone greatly enjoyed their dinner and my son and I both had the cowboy ribeye (incredible!!!). And, the best part is the entire staff treats you like a VIP.

   Consistently awesome food and service on every visit! I’m always confident when taking clients out for dinner that Ruth’s Chris never disappoints and will always deliver excellent meals with great service. Expect BIG portions at Ruth’s Chris; from appetizers to salads to entree portions are ver generous! Steaks are done to perfection and very tasty. The best calamari I’ve had in awhile! Crispy on the outside but tender (not rubbery) on the inside. Steakhouse and wedge salad also very large portions. Keola delivered excellent & very professional service. Loved how they plated our take home right in front of us! Thank you for a memorable dinner.

   Excellent service, food and experience. I sat at the bar since I was alone, had a great menu suggestion by the bartender. And great conversation as well. Food was deliciously served and up to par of my expectations. Big thumbs up!

    Me and my husband came for our anniversary. And let me just say everything was outstanding! The tomahawk steak was one of the best steaks my husband and I have ever had! I can’t recommend this place enough and our waiter and the whole staff was amazing and definitely made our night special!

    It was good...the prix fixe menu is a really good deal! Salad, steak, side, and dessert all for a reasonable price (based on the kind of steak you order). The service was pretty good but I was sad that neither the hostess or server asked us if we were celebrating something - even though I put in the reservation that we were. Also, towards the end of our meal it got more crowded and our server was also understandably busy. I'm also just being real for THIS visit - my steak was a little overcooked and had fat pieces (petite filets I've had in the past never had chunks of fat like this one did), but I don't like to return food to the kitchen unless it's entirely wrong. We will still go back because it's Ruth's Chris and this is the first time I've had this kind of experience here, but if it keeps up, I'm going to have to find another place to get some good steak.

    Husband and I had a date night and was very pleased with the whole experience! Food was phenomenal, waiter (Chase) was friendly and helpful. Overall, we decided we need to do this more often! Mahalo Ruth Chris for a wonderful evening ❤️

    Was a bit dissapointed in the food; been there before and seemed like the food was better. The seafood tower had crab legs that were skinny not the mid section. The chicken was a small section. I saw a picture from the Waikiki location and it was larger and more stuffing in it. Rib eye steaks seem okay not the greatest as in past. Maybe new Chef? The seating in the dining room was a bit tight tables seems so close to each other. We did have a large group 8 of us but the tables next to us seemed too close. The couple facing our table was almost part of our table. I saw another couple move to outside dining maybe they too felt the tables were too close to each other.

    We spent our time here on special occasions, because the Customer service has been always on top of things, very polite, courteous, and kind. Which Is Hard to find. And the food here is excellent.

    From the moment that we walked inthe door, from the receptionist, to the wait help, everyone was fantastic. Everybody seemed so attentive to our needs, and yet kept they kept their distance to allow us privacy during our dining. Our server, Teru, was excellent, as usual. Even the bus help Caitlyn, did an excellent job. I even mentioned to my girlfriend that I’d eat here, rather than Morton’s, any day.

    Taylor Kazu was an excellent waiter. He was attentive and made us feel very welcome to his home. We were celebrating two birthdays and our birthday ladies received complimentary bubbling wine. We ordered calamari, which was more than we expected and came with two sauces. We also ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, which were tasty. For our 8 meals we ordered ribeyes and filet mignon. The meat was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. We ordered creamed spinach, rice, baked potato, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and lobster macaroni and cheese. There was a lot of lobster and cheese-yum. Finally before dessert, our birthday ladies were surprised with flaming strawberries, which we all enjoyed. Then to top it off we had the sin chocolate cake, ice cream, and bread pudding. We were stuffed and slowly rolled out of there. Everything was FABULOUS - the service and food! We will be back again. And the birthday ladies received one more surprise-gift card for a return visit!!!! Amazing….

    We have never been disappointed with Ruth's Chris at Restaurant Row. We always have impeccable service and the food is always on point. We have tried other steakhouses and even other Ruth's Chris' but nothing compares to the Restaurant Row location. We will definitely be back. As a side note, we were so excited to be going, that I forgot to show my server my $25 off email that was sent to me! Hahahaha! Didn't matter though! Mahalo Ruth's Chris Restaurant Row.

    Excellent service from reservation all the way to thank you & goodnight. Steaks were cooked as ordered, meat very delicious. Shrimp & seared ahi well prepared and served with delicious sauce. Creme brulee was excellent; torched to perfection and fresh fruits on the side. Anniversary strawberries were delightful. Coffee was served warm, server apologized and quickly brought hot coffee. Looking forward to our next visit.

    I was not impressed. Our service was not good at all we overheard the table near us receiving excellent service. Their server was very attentive. We were waiting often on our server to come back to the table. the food did not floor me our overall experience was not great.

    I haven't been here for several years and perhaps that explains my absolute shock at the sticker price for the dishes here. My friend and I ended up only ordering appetizers and still, it was well over $50 a head. Imagine if either of us had actually ordered a steak or pork chop at $73 each, plus appetizers, the bill for the two of us would have been easily $250 before taxes and gratuity which would have been $300+. So just be prepared. Otherwise, we have the potatoes au gratin, the steakhouse salad and the ahi appetizer were delicious. Also I highly recommend the creme brulee for dessert.

    The world food travelers attended a wine dinner at Ruth Chris; featuring Belle Glos, who make some of our favorite pinot noirs. C1: Camembert cheese in pastry with candied walnuts and honeycomb; served with Steorra Brut, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from Wagner’s Copper Cane Wines. The crispness of apple from the Chardonnay and cherry notes from the Pinot Noir, I really liked this sparkling wine; and at $25, a great value. C2: King Salmon, crusted with Rosemary atop a bed of smoked strawberry marinara, served with a BOEN Pinot Noir, from the Russian River Valley ($35). The salmon was perfectly prepared but I thought the strawberries tasted like tomatoes. The wine slightly thin but with hints of plum and chocolate. C3: Stuffed Portabella and piece of crispy artichoke served with Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir ($55). The heart of the artichoke was done like a twice fried potato and there was a swoosh of pesto verde and pieces of goat cheese, spinach and sundried tomatoes. This was my least favorite dish; the acidity of the tomatoes interfered with my enjoyment of the wine. C4: Beef filet with a Pinot Noir, red onion and black cherry reduction, served with ratatouille and a parsnip and carrot purée. I was stuffed so I had a few bites of the steak and the sides. The purée was a bit too sweet for me. The filet was accompanied by the Las Alturas Pinot Noir ($55), one of my favorites from Belle Glos. The wines came in the right sequence (to me); the Las Alturas had more of everything I like in a Pinot. C5: A slice of triple chocolate cake with a berry tuile and balsamic macerated berries. It looked fabulous but I just had a nice cup of coffee. I thought of a wine that would have been perfect, but it comes from Italy. I would prefer smaller portions at these dinners because I rarely finish each dish as I like to focus on the wines. These dinners are a great value because a meal with wines of similar quality would cost much more. Food 4.5, service 5.
