THE WIFE AND I CELEBRATED OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY THERE. THEY HAD A SIGNED CARD FOR US FROM THE STAFF. SPRINKLES ON THE TABLE CLOTH AND WROTE HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ON THE DESSERT PLATE. WOW WHAT A PLACE. RUINED US FOR EATING ANYWHERE ELSE. THE SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE. TY VERY MUCH

En-trée was serving while we are still eating appetizer and empty plates not take away immediately so service quality is not quite meet fine dining standards. Food quality meets our expectation and price is reasonable.

The food and service was excellent. However I wish our server had advised us in advance that a glass of still water was going to cost us $3.00 each. I would have opted out and had another glass of wine instead.

The experience was good overall and the buffet for Mothers Day was done quite well. I have a really hard time understanding why with a $75 per head meal we were charged $3 each for tap water. This was a $300 meal for a family of 4. I would suggest some reflection with regards to the customer sentiment when charging $3 for tap water on a $300 meal and what value the customer feels from this charge. This left me feeling gouged at this charge instead of leaving the restaurant feeling like we had a great experience.

Our server Don was great. Very personable and professional at the same time. Our food was good but the steak was cooked inconsistently. We both ordered medium rare but my wife’s came rare and mine came well done. Still delicious though.

Service was excellent as usual. Food was excellent. It was nice to be able to get a gift card and get a free $25 gift card in addition. Also it was a nice touch to have the general manager and the hostess asking how dinner was. Thanks very much. Also Chris the general manager is very responsive on email. I made an error in the purchase of the gift card and he calked me immediately and helped me out.

We went for our 16 year wedding anniversary and had a very special night. Morgan was our server, and Piper was the hostess- both did such a great job to make us feel special and looked after. The food was incredible! We had the fillets, Au gratin, broussel sprouts, and cheese cake. All were amazing.

From out of town and I had to change my reservation twice and even requested a quiet table for my Mom who is immune compromised. They were able to accommodate us. Food was fantastic and service was top notch from the serving staff to Management. The steaks, lobster, shrimp and chicken were cooked to perfection and the sides were very large. We ended up sharing our sides family-style. Desserts were also a good portion and delicious! I definitely recommend Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Edmonton and we plan on going back!

Tried and true; Ruth’s Chris rarely disappoints the tastebuds. On this occasion we had the pleasure of being served professionally by Morgan. The pace of service was prompt without being rushed, a skill that not all servers acquire. Only two things could be ever so slightly improved upon. The steak knives are serrated and it seems criminal to cut such tender steaks by ripping through it versus slicing through it. My wife’s rib steak was very marbled to the point that she could only consume half of it. Lesson learned is that she should stick with a filet for a tender but less fatty steak. That one is on us. Overall Ruth’s Chris delivers a very high standard of food and service.

Worst experience in my life. Terrible service, the waitress was really rude. I don’t know if she’s is racist or something, she served the wrong dishes to our table and started questioning why we ate the food. We honestly thought it was a compensation dish since my steak was way too salty. The waitress then took away the “compensation ice cream” with a judgmental look without saying sorry or anything. Also, towards the end of the dining when there are still 40mins away from the closing time and we are having desert, the waitress just turned on the light! I don’t know what is going on, I felt super disrespectful… it was a terrible experience! Do not recommend!

The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was parking. 7:00 pm on a Saturday and we had to scrabble to find parking. Otherwise the experience was awesome

Poor service. Slow. We needed to leave promptly. Asked for our bill it arrived 20 mins later. And included food for another table. Took another 10 minutes for the correct bill. Sadly disappointed
