I specifically said it was a birthday celebration, however, no person at the restaurant acknowledged this. Other tables had the confetti and a complimentary dessert however none of that was offered. Very disappointed.

Gave them a chance to redeem themselves for a poor experience last time. Service was better but I have decided it is now merely a vastly overpriced chain restaurant. Better food for better price elsewhere. Will not be going back.

Changes in suppliers and recipes created a disappointing experience. The manager and server were wonderful. The food was way off from what it has been over the last 20yrs.

It was my birthday, and I booked a table for 5 people @6:15. We got there at 6 was greeted by the host. Everyone was so welcoming, the food was amazing !!!! It was hot and well seasoned !! The waiters did an amazing job making sure we were good on refills and if we needed anything else ! I would definitely revisit this place again ! Also all my friends were really happy with their meals !

I had a reservation at 9:30 I called at 9:40 they had stop picking up the phone I got there at 9:45 and the door was locked but they don’t close till 10 whe I finally got in the server wanted to lie and say they phones been messing up lately not knowing that I knew the manger there if you want to charge like a 5 star pease for the service like a 5 star pease

Wait staff completely inattentive. Table not prepared for number of people in our party. Pacing of meal wasn’t catered to our needs but instead catered to convenience of wait staff needs. Food was mediocre at best. Overall, the dining experience was poor and disappointing given we were celebrating Father’s Day.

Food wasn’t seasoned. Over priced. The salad wasn’t good at all. The sweet potato casserole was the best thing. The steak was pretty good but the lobster Mac & Cheese was milky. The service was slow & it wasn’t even that busy. It was an experience but unless I’m invited for a function, I will not return anytime soon.

We hadn’t been to RC in about 5 years and were a bit underwhelmed. The food was ok, the AC was off so it was a bit warm in there, and just the overall ambiance was absent. Definitely not the RC I remember and definitely not worth the $300 bill at the end of the night.

We went to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. The food was absolutely perfect. The service was slow at times. We waited 15 minutes for a to go cheesecake and our bill. The waiter was excellent but I feel like he had to many tables to take care of so we didn’t get the prompt attention we should have. When I spend 200 bucks on a meal I expect the service to be exceptional and on time, but this is where they failed. Overall it was very enjoyable but I think the wait staff to customers ratio is much to high. Would we go again? For the food yes, but due to the service, probably not.
