We wanted a steak dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We've dined at Ruth's Chris in the states and enjoyed it. But the service was disappointing, especially given that we were almost the only people in the restaurant. Drink order as slow and wrong. Service slow. Food only so-so. And as we were in Hong Kong, the price was very high. Just wasn't worth it.

Came for a birthday dinner. We were given our own large private room that we didn’t have to pay for. The food was fantastic and the price for corkage was brilliant. We’ll definitely return.

Completely over serviced. Even after I mentioned being over serviced, we were still over serviced. If you’re trying to talk and are getting interrupted every 5 seconds, then this is your place.

It was a quiet Monday night in Hong Kong even though this location is in the heart of things. With the exception of two other parties, we had the entire place to ourselves. The service was acceptable and the food was satisfactory. We don't mind paying for an expensive dinner, but the overall visit did not equate to an over-the-top experience. Come to think about it, I don't know why we chose an American chain when visiting Hong Kong. Suppose it was close to the hotel and our last night.

We loved our meal at Ruth's Chris. The service was great and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the dinner immensely. They had a good wine list too. We spent one week in Hong Kong and that was the best restaurant we went to by a long way.

We were welcome after a mixup of our reservation. The waiter recommended dishes to go with our meal selection. He also reommended wines and seemed a little upset that we declined. The food were served in a timely manner. The steaks were delicious but the baked potatoes seemed uncooked, as was the macaroni and cheese. When the waiter asked about our meal we told him and he only accepted that the steaks were good. We were then surprised that they had added a 10% service charge to the bill. We added a 15% tip and paid the bill.

Steaks were ordered without butter and with side sauces. Steaks came with butter and no side sauces. Waiters refused to acknowledge the mistake. Eventually the side sauces came, when we were almost done. In the end, we each ate about 1/2 of our steaks. And the spinach au gratin was awful.

Not up to Ruth Chris standards! Had the ribeye which should be their best tasting steak. It was a huge disappointment. Steak was tough and poor quality - Golden Corral would have been better.

I have eaten Ruth Chris all over the world it was just different. They shouldn't change the way the food is because of the location. Someone needs to get back to basics.

There must not be any quality control with Ruth's Chris. We have eaten at many of their restaurants but this one was pretty much a bust. Food was passable but the service was terrible. Waiting more than 10 minutes to clear the table was bad enough but another 15 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted coffee or a dessert menu was too much. No one ever came by and I had to get up and ask for the bill, another 5 minutes or so. No one ever did come by to check on our table. We saved this place for our last meal in Kowloon before leaving and it left us with a very bad taste. STAY AWAY FROM RUTH'S CHRIS IN KOWLOON!!!!!!!

After week in China our crew was craving good steak and sides. Service was good and the sides were ok . Not best steak we thought but maybe had off night at the grill. The other US steakhouse in same building was very busy - Next trip will try them.
