The server was slow , the drink cup tasted like bleach we complained about it and they brought out another. Definitely should’ve been comp . The lobster Mac and cheese was cold . I visit Ruth Chris often last night was not there best .

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. if I had to rate this experience I would rate it 1000/10 . I’m so great full for our amazing waiter JIMMY D . HE WAS AMAZING. Very nice and extremely helpful. Best restaurant I’ve ever been to hands down. Don’t even get me started on how amazing the food and Desert was !!! Reservation for 12:15pm, got seated at 12:40pm. Service was extremely slow probably due to staffing level. Appeared to be only have two servers with no hostess when we arrived. Food took about an hour to come out which I thought was a little long considering the amount of customers that were present. Food quality was top notch as always at a Ruth Chris establishment.

Have been to many Ruth’s Chris locations and this was by far the worst. Long service wait. Food was terrible - not up to Ruth’s Chris standard. If you’re used to Ruth’s Chris in other cities, stay far away from this one - you will be highly disappointed. Our bill was almost $500 and am currently eating chips out of the hotel vending machine which are more satisfying.

Never received appetizers received food almost an hour after placing. Reservation was for 7:45pm was seated around 45 minutes after. Have visited this location on several occasions and the experiences has declined. Our server was awesome though.

When I booked my reservations I requested a curtain booth because my husband is disabled and uses a walker to get around and is not as comfortable moving around, I also called to be sure they received my request & they did. We were seat in the area behind the bar near a window all tables were in the area was full and made it difficult to go to the restroom, we had to ask other quest to move there chairs which they did with no problem we had to do the same when returning from the restroom and when leaving. They staff should be trained on the ADA. When serving guest with disabilities.

It was perfect! The whole place looked clean and organized. Perfect place to celebrate special occasions, lights are dimmed and not too much noise. The service was perfect and the decoration for my boyfriend birthday was so cute. The server was very nice as well I love her!

We were visiting New Orleans and we eat at Ruth Chris’s frequently. This one is definitely not up to our Ruth Chris in Indianapolis. Steak was not very flavorful. Salad was bland. Waiter was excellent.

The only reason I gave the food 4 and not 5 stars was my friend ordered her filet Medium Well and there was no pink at all and she said it was a bit dry. She still enjoyed it but it was more like well done. I ordered my ribeye Medium and it was perfect.

Ace, our server was great. Front of the house, not so great. They “forgot” us in the queue to take us to a table, and the first table proposed was too unstable to eat at comfortably. No martini glasses clean, so we had to wait and drink out of snifters. Overall, the place needs work. But I’ll reiterate that Ace made it a nice evening despite the other shortcomings.
