My first choice in dining out…ever meal is consistently delicious and I think this is truly the sign of an experienced chef…I can always count on my favorites being the same flavorful offerings that I had the time before. There is no substitution for the quality at Azzurra! It’s simply superb!

Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Our Osso Buco is our signature dish and house specialty.

Our curated wine list is notable and among the most thoughtful in the valley. We also have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.

The dress code for our restaurant is Elegant Casual. In general, this means comfortable, yet polished. Jeans, blouses, tailored shorts, skirts, dresses, collared shirts, sport coats are all welcome. Workout clothes, tank tops, and t-shirts or sweatshirts with large logos are not recommended.

We also offer complimentary valet parking Tuesday through Saturday, as our parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you are in the mood for something fabulous, the Porchetta is a massively delicious plate for 4-5 people to share.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

Open 5pm to 3am, Tuesday through Saturday. Full menu until 12am, then an ample late night menu focused on pastas and pizzas from 12am-2:15am. Bar open till 3am or sometime

I had drunk well at my prior stop, but wanted more substantial food, so swung by Bramàre to have a bite at the bar. Of course, I would drink here too. Blood & Sand ($15): Under the newly documented Pure Classics section of the drink booklet. Very evocative, had a minerality (like iron) to it. Expected Russell Crowe to start slinging a sword around in a dusty arena. Powerful. Beef Cheek Brasato ($38): Fork-tender meat, nestled in perfect nutty pasta; evenly spicy, rich, flavorful. Caffè Lungo Bosco ($12): Non-alcoholic, perky and earthy. Value: Amazingly fair. Service: Delightfully on point from Stevan and Oscar.

Loved it. The service was attentive but not overly so. The salads are very good. We had 3 different salads and loved them all. We all had pasta. It was fresh and the sauces were flavorful. We shared a couple of desserts. We really enjoyed those too. The wine was good according to my table mates. I don’t drink and I would have appreciated some more non-alcoholic options as it was limited to Coke products.

Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. Phenomenal. That's all that needs to be said. But, if you need more context, I got the summer tasting menu. Every single dish was fantastic. And, you don't get just one flavor for each of the 4 dishes. They gave two versions of each dish. Absolutely nothing disappointed me. I WILL be coming back for the next seasonal menu!!
