Truly hidden GEM… not cheap but totally worth it. Osetra caviar course was totally great. Wine pairings were thoughtful and well done. Staff was great and chef came to the table to check on us for feedback. They change the menu frequently so I’m dying to go back!!! This is a Michelin star gem in a strip mall off the strip and I think a lot of folks are missing a shining star

About the restaurant
Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Kaiseki Yuzu was a dinner to remember. We went for my son's 18th birthday. There were five of us...all of us extremely happy with the entire experience. You can find a more hipster vibe on the strip, but this hidden gem is all about great food. The service was beyond experiential. The serving ware with each dish was an individual work of art. The knowledge of the staff was top notch. It felt like you stepped into Japan into someone's home. The food leaves me speechless. Some of the most delicious food I have every had. We shared a bottle of delicious sake with our meal. This was an experience worth the trip and worth every penny. Considering what you get on the strip...I would take this journey 100 times over.

Would love to see a couple more ramen options on the menu! Service was great and everything we had was tasty. Meal was efficient before a show, but never felt rushed.

Everything was so spectacular and different. So many Thai influences but not a Thai restaurant by any means. The flavor profiles with all these dishes were carefully thought out. The coffee at the end of the night unfortunately was a miss. They didn't have any specialty coffees, only regular coffee which would have been great if it tasted good. It was very bitter and the cream was actually milk. After such a carefully curated meal it was surprising to have something as basic as coffee be so incorrect.... that being said this restaurant was so good that I can't wait to go back and just get coffee elsewhere after lol.

Very excellent service. Good food and awesome atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. The hostess don’t have access to open table reservations though, so there’s no point to have a reso. However, they were very understanding and quick to help/ accommodate us with a table.
