Michaels is old style Vegas with exceptional service and gourmet food. From the high back red velour booths to the over-the-top service from the wait staff your dining experience is one that you will remember. I cannot say enough about this fine restaurant.

Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

The Morton's -Las Vegas Team always seems to be on point, from the moment you walk in the door and that is why it's my go to for business meals when in LV. Service was fantastic and our steaks were prepared perfectly. Overall it was a great experience that our business associates enjoyed very much.

We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing re-imagined Japanese Omakase in a five courses format. There are three courses to choose from, and we also have options for meat eaters and kids.

We serve Omakase menu at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8 and last seating is at 8:30pm. Then after 9pm, we will be switching to a Izakaya drinking spot with Japanese tapas menu. Please come join us!
