This is my second time at Safta in three weeks. Once again, it was amazing. Our server, who I forget his name unfortunately, was amazing. And the food is even better. You cannot go wrong here.

Yellowtail carpaccio and the Sea Bass Lau Lau were excellent. View of the lake was beautiful. Service was attentive. Only complaint was that the mochi dessert was not good - ice cream filling was yummy but the outer covering was powdery and not mochi-like at all.

The view, food, and service were great. I had seen that the portions were small so I was ready for that. I still was not totally thrilled with the prices going into dinner. Fortunately we found that they offered a "pre-theater" menu (since there was a show at the palms that night), which was 3 courses, each with 2 options, plus a dessert, for $100. So my husband and I got one of everything and were very happy with the food and value. Thanks Vetri Cucina for a delicious and memorable meal!

We go here for quiet romantic meals with exquisite food. This restaurant never disappoints. The menu has dishes that we do not see elsewhere like caviar and escargot. Quiet pleasant atmosphere with soothing view of a lake.

Had the Jenny plate and Walk across America sampler both were amazing. The Salmon was the best I have ever had. The dipping sauces for the sampler also were amazing.
