Absolutely above and beyond my expectations for service. Each person we interacted with was kind, polished, and so great and attentive. We did the 6 course discovery menu, and I appreciated how committed March was to ensuring our gluten free diner was comfortable, and any meals that were not part of the normal course were still very eye catching and well done. They made our anniversary very memorable.

We enjoyed Stella's outdoor vibe and live entertainment, the knowledgeable team (whose service was impeccable) and the extensive wine, champagne, and Madeira selections. The outdoor seating was very comfortable (temperature and chairs) and our water glasses were kept full all night as we sampled a few of Stella's nicer beverage offerings. We will return!

This is an amazing new place. The atmosphere and decor are perfect for this "speakeasy" experience. The chocolates and accompanying cocktails are amazing, and the staff, service and owner/guide are the best. My only complaint, this being our first time to visit, is about the considerable dead time at the start. Our waiter came by and brought us water but otherwise we sat a while waiting on things to start. Perhaps the wait was for late-comers but I'd recommend that be announced to help those who arrived on time to know what is going on. One other thing: their address is on Harrisburg Blvd but their entry door faces Sampson St.

The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

The food and the atmosphere was excellent, but be careful, the spring and sparkling water aren't included in the initial price for the meal and this wasn't made clear. The desserts are also not included. The food tasted fantastic, but after about thirty minutes the service slows and the staff walks by so fast you have to literally yell to get their attention and ask for more food or drink even if you have the card that was given to you to use to request service. Overall the entire experience was very enjoyable and I look forward to dining there again.

Last minute trip to Houston & spur of the moment reservation and we truly enjoyed every moment of our dining experience at Potente. Food was amazing and Valentin is a true gem.
