About the restaurant
Kyma is a contemporary Greek seafood tavern like no other. The cuisine is inventive yet approachable that is true to its Mediterranean origin. Kyma is dramatic, with a dazzling display of constellations on the deep blue ceiling, white marble columns and a bold fresh fish display. The welcoming patio, with its plush furniture and white linen curtains, offers the ideal setting to savor a glass of Greek wine and Kyma’s array of appetizers. Fresh, healthful food, attentive Greek hospitality and festive atmosphere await at Kyma. Proper dress is required. “A true labor of love. Bravo.” -The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

About the restaurant
Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance. Their focus on vegetables, fish, and meat as the primary vehicles of flavor allow for emphasis to be placed on the freshness of the ingredients. Proper attire required.

The following are not allowed: Beach flip flops, slides tank tops for men undershirt type t-shirts sweat pants and jogging pants athletic shorts clothing with inappropriate graphics clothing that is overly exposing midriff tops shorts that are too short.

Everything and everyone was great as I've come to expect each and every visit. Invited four folks who were dining there for the first time. All were extremely impressed and plan to visit the new location in 2025.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife last night! We sat at our favorite table in the bar area by the window which allows us to see the beautiful lit trees and part of the small town outside. Our waitress was amazing, and our food choices sure didn’t disappoint! The free dessert was a sweet ending to our experience! :)

This was the second time my wife and I dined at Roberto's, and this experience was as memorable as the first. We are both Florida natives who relocated to Georgia several years ago, so finding excellent seafood restaurants is at the top of our list when dining out. In our opinion, the quality of Roberto's dishes and the outstanding customer service of their staff rivals or even exceeds some of the restaurants in South Beach, Miami! We loved the grouper, and the blackened redfish was phenomenal. Both dishes were amazing and delicious with decent portion sizes. We also have to give noteworthy praise to our server, Taron, or "T"! He was friendly and attentive and did an outstanding job of answering our questions and providing the ultimate in quality service. The runners and other wait staff also provided prompt and efficient service. We highly recommend Roberto's for a great dining experience!
