We have been following Chef Pedro for 5 or 6 years - from his dim sum popup to his Kojin redtaurant in Little Rover & mow to Kojin 2.0 in Coral Gables. It was World Sake Day today - fabulous Asian fusion menu w/ great very unusual sakes. Definately recommend.

My must sincere respect to these young chefs. Their food is as good as outstanding Florida resources can provide. Everything they cook is practically from farm to table, a short menu in which each plate embrace the expertise of the chefs to elevate the flavors, wether it is the fish, the meats, any small plate or the desserts. It is worth highlighting that the whole team make an impeccable job, chefs and sous chefs bring the dishes to your table and explain it, while the hostesses are at all times in charge of refilling your beverages. Well deserved their Michelin Star!

Absolutely loved it! It’s my second time going and I really liked everything we ate! My dad and I got one of their sashimi/nigiri/and you chose a roll sharing platters and man… not for two people only (at most three medium-hungry people). We did have 2 apps for their happy hour, the crab salad and the fried gyozas. I totally missed “fried” in the gyozas and forgot I don’t like fried gyozas anymore (they were delicious, just steamed is my preference). The salad was wonderful and fresh, very cooling for an extremely hot afternoon. I had also gotten one of their mocktails (it had something with “sober” in the name), super yummy but a little too sweet. The waiters we had were amazing and very attentive as well. Overall, I recommend this restaurant! :)
