Heirloom is open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday starting at 5pm; closed Sunday & Monday.
We accept dining reservations 30 days out, simply meaning today's date plus 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or no show within 12 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $25/per person.
All proceeds go towards the Heirloom kitchen squad’s continued culinary education, research & development.

We do not offer child seating (high chairs/booster seats) of any kind, nor a children’s menu, and we are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.

PATIO:
Our patio is located outside, in full sun, with umbrellas provided.
Please take note if you are uncomfortable with sun exposure and outdoor elements.
Patio tables are entirely weather dependent, and therefore released the day of.
However, if the weather is looking magical for a few days at a time, tables will be released for booking.

We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of getting to know the lovely bartender. She knew the menu inside and out and made excellent suggestions. The food was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first time here and we were hoping the other reviews were true. They definitely were. The food was very good, we had a wonderful server who took care of our party of 15 and the crabs were fantastic!! We highly recommend Mr. Bill’s.

Great, high quality food — LOVED the mushroom risotto and we also thoroughly enjoyed the salmon, mussels, and app size rack of lamb. My wife loved her pour of Rose and her slice of carrot cake. The staff were all very nice and our server, Kara, was super-friendly and attentive but not overly so. The outdoor patio was perfect for a chill evening shortly after Labor Day. We’ve been to many restaurants in RB and this is one of our faves.

Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. The service was outstanding, checking on our table several times during the meal. My friend did comment that she preferred a little less interruption, but I did not mind. The food we ordered was delicious: cesar salad with fried chicken and smash burger with fries. The fried chicken was a highlight for me. The spicy hot margarita was delicious.
