The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. Great food, drink, staff is attentive and thoughtful. The wine flights are wonderful. Bar drinks are slow but the rest makes up for it. Favorite place for sure!
