Located just a few minutes from downtown in architecturally rich Monte Vista neighborhood, La Fonda on Main is the oldest Mexican food restaurant in San Antonio. La Fonda serves both the best of Tex-Mex cuisine as well as authentic dishes of interior Mexico in a fun and casual setting with beautiful patio dining. We're open 7 days a week offering our full menu as well as family meals and catering options on curbside. Happy Hour is Monday-Thursday from 3pm-6pm. We offer a full bar with a wide variety of liquor, beer and wine. Saturday's and Sunday's we serve brunch from 10:00am-3:00pm. Our fabulous margaritas are made with hand-squeezed limes and your choice of a large selection of tequilas and mezcals. Our famous patio is heated from the ground up for chilly nights under the stars and lights in the trees.

Family owned In Contrada Vineyard, the oldest winery in San Antonio, invites you to visit us! Enjoy an afternoon in the vines while delighting in our house made wines and freshly prepared food.

We offer inside dinning in addition to covered outside seating in the vineyard. Outside you will find gazebos, sun shades, misters and fans. Its really quite nice!

Kitchen closes promptly at 8pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On Sunday the kitchen closes promptly at 5 pm.
Our Wine Tasting Hours are:

Very cute place. Outdoor seating is unique with vines for canopy and barrels as tables, misters too- a must in Texas. Indoor area is small but cute, they are renovating and it’s supposed to have more indoor seating. Until then or even then a reservation for inside is recommended or for “large” parties. Friendly staff. Great selection of wines. And Good food! Definitely a new go to winery in a beautiful area of hill country and not as far from the city as others.

This was our first time at the Power Plant and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambience is perfect!! I had no idea a hidden gem like this existed in Seguin. The skinny, spicy margarita was tasty and the rueben sandwich was delicious. Service was A+ too! We will deflinitely return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Greeted immediately after walking in the door by friendly staff. Beautiful views over River Walk and amazing live entertainment playing outside on the patio. The best pretzel we ever had and enjoyed everything our party of 6 had for dinner. Reasonably priced and also many great Happy Hour choices. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Casa Catrina was awesome. The vibe was on point and the food was delicious. The service was great and they even took pictures for us. It was my wife’s bday and she absolutely loved it here. We will be back very soon. Thank y’all for an amazing dining experience.
