Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

We went for a lunch while celebrating our anniversary. I ordered the fish and chips. My wife had the lobster roll. Food was very good, service was outstanding. The staff gave us an anniversary card that was signed by them, and after lunch, they brought us a desert. Weather was “Chamber of Commerce” perfect, so we decided to eat outside. People watching was a bonus. Will definitely return.

Beautiful and intimate venue- very peaceful. The service was excellent - and the food was great. We had pizza and their newest past dish. Both were excellent. The musician was just the right volume and was a nice addition to the evening.

I have dined at the Tower of the Americas Charter Restaurant multiple times. It is always an enjoyable experience. The food is always top quality. This occasion was hosting business visitors from Japan and their first time in San Antonio. They enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and the service. I was confident that they would enjoy this evening and they did.

This was our first time at the Power Plant and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambience is perfect!! I had no idea a hidden gem like this existed in Seguin. The skinny, spicy margarita was tasty and the rueben sandwich was delicious. Service was A+ too! We will deflinitely return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin.

We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. The rooftop can definitely be hot, but it does get better after 7:45ish (summer). We ordered the jalapeño poppers 12/10, definitely recommend! Food was really good overall and the drinks were tasty as well! Service was great! Will definitely come back for their brunch.

Greeted immediately after walking in the door by friendly staff. Beautiful views over River Walk and amazing live entertainment playing outside on the patio. The best pretzel we ever had and enjoyed everything our party of 6 had for dinner. Reasonably priced and also many great Happy Hour choices. Can’t wait to go back!!!

The chicken parmigiana was amazing. Caesar the server was fantastic as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will return to try other entrees!!!
