Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques.

We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband! The food was excellent! The sides were yummy and the meat was just so tender and tasty! The shrimp was amazing as well!! The staff was fantastic! Overall, it was a marvelous evening. Thank You to all the staff, cooks, and management for making a wonderful birthday dinner experience for my husband. P. S. When they brought the desserts around, and we choose what we wanted…my husband’s plate had Happy Birthday written out in chocolate around the dessert. What an amazing and yummy touch!

Black Angus always has the best steaks! I enjoyed the ribeye I recently had there. Our server, Holly, was the best. I always request her whenever I eat here. Her service is always exceptional, which makes her a great asset for the restaurant. Thank you Black Angus for another great meal!

Matt, our wait staff person was delightful and attentive. All of the food selections came to the table hot and beautifully presented. We asked to have the double pork chops cooked medium rare. Alas they came cooked medium which is our only criticism. The smoked olives were out of this world delicious! We’ll definitely visit West 122 again.

Indochine is one of our favorite spots to eat Thai food. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. They were able to accommodate our extra guests we unexpectedly added to our reservation without any problems. Highly recommend eating here if you love high quality Asian cuisine!
