Small and romantic we specialize in celebrations with family and friends, or just a quiet dinner with good conversation. We are family owned and operated and have been serving our community since 2001.

Drive in to Opera Alley and be transported. We strive to bring approachable food and beverage, a sense of comfort and community, as well as a unique and quality dining experience. We call ourselves a "cafe" in the sense that we are not pretentious and offer a fine dining experience in an atmosphere of comfort and respite.

Parking in Opera Alley, and downtown, can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time when making reservations to find a parking space, or consider a night off from driving and get an Uber or Lift!! Eat good food often, break bread with friends and family, spend time with those you love, and we will see you soon.

Always an elegant experience, Over The Moon Cafe, a hidden gem in downtown Tacoma, didn't disappoint. We made our reservation to celebrate my firstborn son's 40th birthday at his favorite local eatery. The food was excellent! Though expensive, I noticed that they have not raised their prices since last year, a rarity these days. Our server Jordan helped so much with my many food intolerances and found me a meal that I could enjoy as well as digest! My main issue: the ambient music's volume made it a bit difficult to carry on conversations, not helped at all by the guest across the aisle who sang along to all of the songs: yikes.

Owner Elisa Marzano grew up in Vicenza, Italy, and consistently refers to these roots to design Marzano's unique yet classic menu. Once a quaint two-bedroom home, the restaurant was transformed but still keeps the rustic, home-like feel for an inviting, welcoming atmosphere. The pleasing combination of intimate lighting and natural window light make it the ideal spot for either lunch or dinner. A top menu choice is the boscaiola, which features a creamy tomato and Bolognese sauce over rigatoni pasta, topped with various spices and forest mushrooms. Guests can enjoy complimentary bread and salad with every entree, so eating at Marzano's can ensure a satisfied appetite. Went for our anniversary and started out with complementary champagne. We ordered 2 special’s the duck breast and macadamia nut crusted haddock. For a starter we had the pork belly which was also a special. Everything was excellent as was the bottle of Pinot Noir. To finish our awesome dinner we had the flourless chocolate cake. Our server was very attentive. Excellent place to celebrate our anniversary.

My husband and I made reservations at Ms. Jane’s Fine Dining to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary. What a wonderful experience!! It was our first time there, and definitely not our last!! Black Angus always has the best steaks! I enjoyed the ribeye I recently had there. Our server, Holly, was the best. I always request her whenever I eat here. Her service is always exceptional, which makes her a great asset for the restaurant. Thank you Black Angus for another great meal!
